Nao now made her debut at the AKB48 theater yesterday singing Nagisa No Cherry.

 

Nagisa no Cherry? I'm assuming Nao performed Zenza like the other draftees so far so was it a solo or did she have 3 backdancers? It's also weird that her draft mate Kubo didn't perform with her, though I would guess that Nao was declared ready and Kubo not. Still weird though, I would have thought they would have performed together no matter what seeing as previous draftee's debut performances weren't all that stellar either

 

Maybe the other draftee rejected???

Glad I'm not the only one who thought this! I saw the same picture on a matome site and, before reading the title, I was like, "DID ACCHAN MAKE A SURPRISE THEATRE APPEARANCE!?"

That last shot of her in the performance is absolutely stunning. I'm so glad she got drafted, I'm looking forward to seeing more of her.

 

Can't seem to get the drive video to work, but I really want to see this. She's the only draftee I've been interested in yet.

 

I wasn't too interested in her during the draft, but now I'm glad she got drafted! She looks beautiful and her performance level isn't bad at all

 

I saw her debut live in Mako´s birthday stage!!!! she did good,it was awkward that she was alone performing Nagisa no Cherry without back-up dancers. But overall she did well despite it was her first time. Is true she looked like Acchan sometimes . Hopefully she will be pushed and will become popular.AKB needs new popular members.

 

Well, Nagisa no Cherry has a certain "legacy" to it.

 

Her performance really impresses me, she seems comfortable on stage...definitely keeping an eye on Nao-chan!
