I think you can list your Nogi oshi just not like your overall kami-oshi (which I assume it's Takamina who is not NGZK so you're free to list Iku-chan. I'm pretty sure that's how it goes XD).

Like even for me, Iku-chan is my fav Nogi member so XD

It really feels like a piece of the puzzle is missing by not including her if the question is "about the girls who have helped make nogizaka46 the group we know and love today" lol, but oh well.

1. Shiraishi Mai
   She was the most popular member since debut, & likely still has the greatest public popularity owing to her modeling. I think her selection as official model for Ray in the early days was very important in laying foundation to nogi's strong presence in the fashion realm today, & it also helped nogi appeal & capture a significant number of female, fashion-oriented fans.
2. Nishino Nanase
   Probably the most popular member of the group now. Her growth since debut (both in terms of performing ability & popularity) is a testament to her importance to the group, her personality endearing fans & fellow members alike, & her talented drawing adds to nogi's artistic appeals (explenlified by Doiya-san; どいやさん). Also an official model for non-no.
3. Hashimoto Nanami
   nogi's top three in the early days, known back then with maiyan & sayurin as the Gosanke (御三家), & still among one of the most popular member. Despite the maybe shakier performing ability, nanamin's cool yet cute image, intelligence & independence makes her a fan favourite. Also a director/producer favourite, she was the first to gain the opportunity to act in a prime time dorama (Summer Nude.) Also an official model for CanCam (along with sayurin).
4. Sakurai Reika
   nogi's ponkotsu captain lol. Despite her not necessarily inspiring leadership, her strong singing & performing skill, her role as MCs for nogi's concerts, her ponkotsu chara (& her eye-blinding bond with wakatsuki ) makes her a key presence within nogi.
5. Fukagawa Mai
   The newest addition to nogi's front. Known as Holy Mother (聖母; seibo), maimai is both very cute & very nice, her healing presence bonds her with members & fans alike. Her ever improving position for each singles a showcase of similarly improving popularity. maimai, along with kazumin & singer K co-host Sonireco! Himatsubushi TV (ソニレコ！暇つぶしTV, a YouTube talk show on music) & she's also a guitarist for nogidan (乃木團).
6. Wakatsuki Yumi
   Forth time consecutive entrant to Nikaten (二科展, an art exhibit), tsuki is also an artistic presence that uniquely shines in graphic design/Photoshop. Known for her strive toward work hard, athletic prowess, ikemen-ness (that somehow dissipates when in Vampire Knight musicals lol), notable facial expressiveness in performance, (& did I mention her eye-blinding bond with reika? ), tsuki is an indispensable member of nogi.
7. Saito Asuka
   Former model of the now suspended CUTiE, newest model for top fashion mag SWEET, ashu is nogi's preeminent presence, the rising star among nogi's younger members. A veteran of both nogi's Unders & Senbatsu, ashu is not only known for her cuteness, but her thoughtfulness, quirkiness, sometimes sharp tongue, & strong bonds with the 2nd gen (notably kiichan). ashu is also the drummer for nogidan (乃木團).
8. Eto Misa
   Known as misa-senpai, the elder sister of nogi & a powerhouse in singing as well. Popular yet shafted since debut, her rise finally to fukujin & front for the latest single symbolizes fans' enduring support & sympathy for her despite mngmnt's mysterious misgiving. As suggested by her nickname, a caring presence to nogi members as well.
9. Matsumura Sayuri
   One of the original Gosanke along with maiyan & nanamin. sayurin been among one of nogi's most popular member since debut, noted for her cutesy chara exemplified by her sayuringo punch, & despite setback, is still one of the most popular member within nogi. sayurin co-hosts Nama no aidoru ga suki (生のアイドルが好き, a niconico talk show on indie idols) along with kanarin & is also an official model for CanCam (along with nanamin.)
10. Ito Marika
    Another artisan, marika's known not only for her strong performing skills (thanks to ballet) but also for her hip artistic & fashion sense; having received her own corner in various mags such as the respected & specialized design magazine Monthly MdN (月刊MdN). marika's tenure as Unders centre/front (along with ashu) from the 8th to 10th singles was imo a golden age for nogi's Unders, coinciding with the inception of Unders Lives, beginning of Nogiten (のぎ天, a Rakuten SHOWTIME [楽天SHOWTIME] only show), & a general uptick in resources. Her single bonus videos are known to be of high quality, artistic, & popular.

She is TALENTED. VERY TALENTED.

Deffinitely a very important member for the group, the loving big sister everyone adores
