So this hasn't been used in a while... My current manga: Attack on Titan: No Regrets - I literally just bought it because LEVI!!! Excited to read it. A bit of backstory never hurt anyone... Karneval - currently reading this, on the first omnibus volume and it's going well. Nai is annoying but maybe he'll get better. Gareki is the current fav. Vampire Knight - I am so nearly finished with this. Literally a couple of chapters left. I have been reading it non-stop and the ultimate feels came in a chapter I just read. I neeeeed to know how it ends but silly things like work keep getting in the way. The whole way through this I have been torn: should Yuki go with Kaname or Zero? She may have just shot that conundrum in the foot but there is still time!! One of the first manga I read all the way through... in the space of about three hours - was AKB48 Satsujin Jiken. Which was brilliant.
Hey! Is anyone reading Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler? I was just caught up today and saw that they parodied AKB! "Akuma 6" is the author's parody of Kami 7, and the characters who ranked higher in the poll were able to appear in more panels of the chapter (lol) It also lead to a big fight among the characters for higher ranks!
Finished Vampire Knight. Yes I cried. It was the kind of ending that leaves you feeling empty, that you wish hadn't panned out that way. Now just reading Karneval and it's getting wonderfully weird with so many characters to like! ^^
Shokugeki no Soma - a cooking manga that makes you drool all over that place, really like the style of drawing as well. Beware though, it is slightly ecchi (whoops)
OH MY GOD. I was just about to rave about Shokugeki no Soma. I got the first two volumes a couple of weeks ago and was instantly hooked. So naturally yesterday I got volumes 3 - 10 and plan to read them all this week I don't care about the judgement, I love it. Also up to date on Gekkan-shojo Nozaki-kun, have the first two volumes (in the UK, that's all we have so far ¬¬). Virtually every page makes me cry with laughter, it has to be one of my favourite manga atm. Up to date on Karneval - just released Vol.4 here and the story is going well, can't say I like Nai that much but YOGI. Shingeki no Kyojin - first four volumes done, now borrowed 5 to 12 from a friend... I know what happens in the anime but I think these volumes go past it? Either way, further excitement. Has anyone read Tokyo Ghoul? It's one I'm looking to start and wondered what people thought...
SNS is good stuff!! It's literally food porn lol And as for TG it's a hell of a confusing manga and it'll make you go "what the actual f^^k"
OMG YOU HAVE NOZAKI-KUN!!! I need it. NEED IT. Waiting for new volumes of Karneval, Nozaki-kun and Shokugeki no Soma. First two are out and I need to find, last one comes out Thursday and I will be hunting it down. I have read all of the Tokyo Ghoul I can now, absolutely love it!! Also the first... three volumes of Assassination Classroom, which is weird but really fun.
Last posted in August so it has really been a while! Does no one else read manga?! Caught up with Karneval, Nozaki-kun and Shokugeki no Soma. Started: Haikyu - not a fan. I think the reasoning for the main to choose volleyball is weak, I don't like any of the characters or the style. So volume 1 only for me. Your Lie in April - it just seems really really sweet! ^^ like it and will be continuing it. Noragami - I knew I would like this from the second I saw it, and the first volume didn't disappoint. I will now be investing in as many of the others as I can, despite the fact I have no room for them Kuroko's Basketball - yes, like the anime. And I love it. Everything about it so far. It has made me want to try the anime badly
@Yukitie for Haikyuu try the anime first. If first few episodes didn't get you hooked then it's not for you. Sweet is not a word i'd use to describe YLiA
anyone has follow/read "Eyeshiled 21"? american football i thought this is one of the best Manga Sport beside Slam Dunk
Been a long time not following any manga. I used to follow One Piece until I got saturated but I'd like to follow the series again. Notify me if Strawhat back to Fishman Island as they're prophecied to return there. BTW, is it true that Masashi Kishimoto will start brand new series this year, not a Naruto continuation, I heard it'd be a sci-fi manga. Seems I'd follow & it'd be the first time I follow a manga that I follow it since the series begins.
I've started even more manga now. That Wolf Boy Is Mine and The Demon Prince of Momochi House are both on the go now; read up to Vol.20 of Shingeki no Kyojin, Vol.10 of Tokyo Ghoul and Vol.15 of Shokugeki no Soma. Generally up to date with all the series I am following. I'm finding the manga of Kuroko no Basket to be rather intense... don't get me wrong, I love it, but six books in and the tension and urgent need to win is real.
Wow there's a manga thread here First time reading manga when Sakura cosplaying Assasination Classroom and tried to read it Become interested how the story goes as the story is so cool and focus on everyone (except Karma, Nagisa, Kayano ofc) I absolutely love all of the 3-E student and Koro-Sensei especially Karasuma and Irina Also Kuroshitsuji, the story is unpredictable and every arc is awesome All of the chara is so cool and interesting Esp the Akuma 6 Suspecting the author is a fan of AKB because of the parody of Kami 7 and recently the idol related-arc and how they have a theater and some high five after performance Recently I've been reading Nozaki-Kun, Noragami, Ao no Exorcist, and Tokyo Ghoul because of the anime Shigatsu Kimi wo Uso, recommended, many feels trip there
Gonna read Heart Break, webcomic made after JKT48 members. It can be read here: kosmik.id Review: it's closer to western comic rather than manga.
