Finally watched it. It brings out a lot of discussion specially from the guys who already went to Japan this year. Also thanks for calling some of us out in the podcast, we really had our own opinions for this year.

The story behind Akai Pin Heel is this. Sasshi really loves that song for some odd reason, she often sung it on SR and used it in the HKT summer tour. However in typical Sasshi fashion she twist the lyrics on SR and sang the song as "Shiroi Panties" one time with Jurina on the phone. Then the lyrics changed to "Akai Panties" when Tanaka Miku gave her red sexy underwear for her birthday.(Don't ask it is a Tanaka Miku tradition.) Not only did she twisted the lyrics, she would often create little skits about song. Then this thing got out of hand so much that HKT 4th gen kks Tsukiashi Amane and Oda Ayaka created an unofficial subunit called "Kouhaku Panties (red and white)".

To me, I don't think it matters who ranks number 1 except that she has to be there just so the camera would look at her direction. I don't think Yuiyui has been called yet so she might have a chance and Muramoto will like it but there's this gut feel that Jurina will take it, not like some less popular member will get it but I'm not sure if they've done that before.

Thats more of a recording issue, since my mic is seperate to theirs. Thats why I sound more clear since it doesnt need to go through a online service.

 

So is there way to fix it? Just saying. I subscribed by the way.

Totally agree with you guys about the Team 8 solo member concert issue. (Not a Mion fan) but her's wasn't as bad as the Team 8 ones.

First of all, thank you for the feedback to our podcast !!!!
In any case, the short snippets we saw from the team 8 member solo concerts well, they were pretty bad.
All of them have still quite a bit to learn about handling their voice and a solo concert. I would say the same goes for Mion.

About Mion, it seems like we all don't really like her. Don't confuse it as hate but there just are better members in our opinion.

I am actually looking around for the AiKabu app myself. If it is a game like the music game I might be interested in playing lol

As for the suggestions, thank you and we might be able to use those in future episodes (especially if it is a slow news week )

Admist the lengthy discussion, a senpai thinks that the reason for the picks that management made for the solo concert was probably meant for testing the water for the aces. <<< which I find pretty convincing, though I reckon the decision was reckless and brutal.

Aikabu is currently doing a pre-reg campaign, so basically more people follow them on twitter and line. We all get tons of gems and ticks when the game officially debuts.

Yes, do more top tens. Also try do like monthly power/performance rankings (and throw in a MVP star of the month that you guys think who deserve to be recognized for their hard work) that go through out the year just like in sports analysis. And then use that as a reference for SSK ranking prediction.

And just a little thought on you guys talking about the scenes in Tofu Pro Wrestle...maybe you guys wanna put up a spoiler sign? It's alright if you guys give brief introduction and comments about it in general, but not all audience may have watched the episode yet, and you guys just kept on discussing and reviewing it in depth for 15min might turn people off?
