    SKE48 will be apart of the "Thank You Disney" album that will be released on October 25th.

    Their song is "We’re All in This Together" from High School Musical.

    Kenny Ortega, the producer, did the High School Musical series and Descendants, so it is no surprise that songs were chosen from these movies (May J. is doing If Only from Descendants 【ディセンダント】).

    Yeah I understand that. My distaste for HSM is just me being old. I liked Newsies and Hocus Pocus when I was a kid, both of which were directed by Ortega and probably aren't better movies. Still I wish SKE were singing something a little more classic Disney.

    It might depend on their target audience. I have young cousins who when not singing songs from Hamilton are singing songs from Descendants. The slightly older ones do youth musical theater and have done HSM and The Little Mermaid, but no other Disney (probably because of licensing).

    As you say, we just might be too old.:)
