Yoshida Akari (Akarin) / 1st Generation

It's funny. I was on Sasshi's thread last week and I made the comment ''I can't believe every young member (regardless of team) wouldn't gravitate to her for advice and counsel because who knows more about getting the most out of what you have than Sashihara Rino''. And I'm beginning to think the same applies to Akari. Many of the girls join AKB and enjoy the celebrity and notoriety for a few years. Then they'll grow tired of the routine, graduate, and get on with their ''real'' lives, but the really smart ones, like Akari, know how to use this short-term fame to its fullest advantage. I don't know if AKB has ever seen anything like this girl. Like Arbios said, it's ''amazing'' and 'incredible'' and she's only 20 years old!!!! Making the most from the opportunities presented to you determines your success in this life.

 

Akarin is in this month's Larme. Just wanted to share since her coordinates are usually very Larme style so I'm guessing she's a fan of the magazine. I might post some pics once I get my copy. I've been an Akarin fan since she started her Youtube channel (didn't even know that she is a NMB member back then) and it's cool to see how much her channel has grown since then!

Hopefully there will be another chance to report anything for this book Last two weeks were a sharp drop though.

 

If there really is a second book in the works, you wonder how much time will need to pass before they'll publish it. Will it be a Christmas time offering (do the Japanese exchange gifts at Christmas?) or will they wait until well into 2018 to put it out.

Cool that you're an Akarin oshi. She really seems to be the next AKBG fashion member. Her social media will probably reach a really high level, like Kojiharu/Mariko/Tomochin. As an Annin oshi, I am would be jealous but Annin is objectively sexier (kidding of course)

 

Honestly we really did need a new fashion/style-icon. Kojiharu leaving was a big blow since none of the other girls really exuded that sort of confident-glam look (like Mayu, Yukirin, and, Sasshi, all have amazing bodies but they wear a lot of trendy stuff in Asia that I just don't think suits them all the time). Akarin knows her body pretty well and her personal clothes are always on point. Funny enough that was always a complaint I had about Suda Akari from SKE. Outstanding beauty imo (body and face) and she just sort of has a mediocre fashion sense.

Edit: speaking of other girls who have a good sense of fashion: Kato rena always looks pretty lit in her instagram.

Our girl reached 400,000 subscribers today on her YouTube videos. Absolutely amazing. I'm also amazed that she never seems to run out of stuff to talk about. I mean, there are only so many cosmetic brands on the market. right? And there is only so much you can do with these products.
