there is no 2017's 46 hour tv, did you mean 2016? in 2016 there are 46 hour tv for birthday and for promoting 2nd album
this is 2018 46 hour tv

To my understanding #59 hasn't been subbed yet. The masterlist you are using has wrong entry at nogidoko #59 which actually is nogichuu #59...
