This is very true for the point of view of the general public (those who don't follow AKB48 Group so closely). If Sasshi (and Yukirin) were to graduate right now, the recognition of "the artist AKB48" would just fall as same as any other sister group level.

I'm just curious, do we able to update stage48 wikia or it's something that moderator usually do?? I mean there are so many things that going on in sasshi (and also meru but different thread) and I feel like we can share those information to international fans since people usually just go to stage48 wikia.

I guess to update/edit in stage48 wiki, We must have an account and of course with some rules and permission, just like this.

A temporary password you be sent to your e-mail. Log-in with your username and temporary password and you can change it to your own password. Pretty simple!

Edit: We are currently not accepting members without posts on the forum on Wiki48. You can introduce yourself here, if you want to, and you can also post on different threads. You will be able to have a account on Wiki48 later on.

A little guide to all the new members!

Editing the Wiki it's pretty simple. There are pages on MediaWiki and Wikipedia that can help you. The editing it's very similar with the code we use on the forum (BBCode) and using other pages as reference (Clicking the "Edit" button on the top of the page) it's always helpful.

Edit: Please check if the information you are including on the Wiki is truth, there are a lot of rumors online. Before editing new information, check the official site and/or official member's blogs. In case you have any doubts, please make a post here. A warning will be sent to you in case you include fake information on the Wiki and if this persists you will be blocked.

The usual editing would be:
Text

''italic text'' (Two " ' ") and '''bold text''' (Three " ''' "). '''''text''''' will create a bold and italic text.

For internal links you can use "[[" and "]]". So [[AKB48]], for example, creates a link to the "AKB48" page on the Wiki.

For external links you can use "[link name]". For example, [http://twitter.com/Atsuko_100 Atsuko_100]. The name ("Atsuko_100") will appear on the page, and when someone clicks in it he will be sent to the link ("http://twitter.com/Atsuko_100 Atsuko_100"): Atsuko_100.

Each page have "tiers". The Maeda Atsuko page, for example, has the "Units" tier (On the code it would be "== Units ==", two "=") and inside this tier there is a sub-tier, "AKBIdoling!!!" (On the code it would be "=== AKBIdoling! ===", three "=") and so goes on. Inception

"*" creates a little icon, which is very good for lists. It works similar to this:

On the code it would be:

":" creates a bigger empty space. We use it sometimes on concert pages. "<br/>" it's also helpful, since it doesn't create any kind of blank space (So it would be A<br/>B). <br/> will "jump a line". Also, "**" would be a "sub-item", "***" a sub-sub-item and so goes on again.

Images

You can upload images on the Upload page or by dropping files from your computer on the "Drop files here" space when you edit pages (Don't forget to click "Click here to upload this file" later). This second one it's very helpful when you are uploading a large amount of pictures. A file page looks like this.

If you want a small box around the picture, you can use this, for example: "[[AKB6thAlbum.jpg|thumb|250px|AKB48 (January 2015)]]". "AKB6thAlbum.jpg" it's the internal link, "250px" the size and "AKB48 (January 2015)" the message that you appear inside the box. If you don't want a message it would be "[[AKB6thAlbum.jpg|thumb|250px]]". And without the box it would be: "[[Image:AKB6thAlbum.jpg|250px]]"

Videos

We can only include YouTube videos on the Wiki. The code is "<youtube>y5jHsV7hCHY</youtube>", for example. So if

it's the YouTube link, for example, just copy and paste the part after the "v=".

Moving Pages

When you move a page you can create a redirect to it or not. Be attentive to the small button "Leave a redirect behind" when you move a page. If you don't leave a redirect behind, the page with the old name will be deleted (Which it's good for misspellings, for example).

A very helpful way to create redirects is using "#REDIRECT [[link]]". So, creating a "Warota 7" page with "#REDIRECT [[Watarirouka Hashiritai 7]]" will make this page be redirected to "Watarirouka Hashiritai 7".

Categories

Most of the pages are inside categories, which is a group of pages. Oya Masana, for example, it's under 3 categories: "Team S Members", "SKE48 1st Generation" and "Aichi". Usually for members the categories include their team, their generation and their hometown. You can create new categories if you want to, of course. The code on this case is:

[[Category: Team S Members]]
[[Category: SKE48 1st Generation]]
[[Category: Aichi]]

Oya Masana should not be on the "Members" or the "SKE48" category, however. There are some "umbrella categories" ("AKB48", "Members" etc.) which only includes smaller categories - and this are the ones who include the pages. So "Oya Masana" is inside the "SKE48 Members" category, which is inside the "SKE48" and the "Members" umbrella categories. It's just for organization.

For songs and singles it's usually just the group. "Doro no Metronome" it's under the "HKT48 Songs" category, for example.

Templates (Team templates, Infobox, Gallery etc.)

Templates are "copied" pages. Instead of using the same code over and over again, you can create a template. The team templates are a example. All the Team A members, for example, have the "Team A" box on the end of the page. The Team A template would be "{{TeamA}}", under "{{" and "}}". The template page itself is "Template:TeamA" and it works just like a regular page. But editing it will change all the pages who use this same template. So, instead of editing all the Team A member pages when someone is promoted, for example, you can simply edit the Team A template.

Another type of template would be the editable template, like the Infobox. This ones are hard to create, but editing it's still simple. Here are the main templates from Wiki48:

We use three Infoboxes. There is a larger one, who includes B/W/H measures, a simple one and one for graduated members. The simple one, for example, works like this:

|age= You need to use the "age" template (Example: {{Age|1999|8|26}} Years Old) It's Year|Month|Day.
|height= Insert the height of the member (Example: 157cm)
|Agency= Insert the agency of the member (Example: AKS)
|Google+= Insert the social networks of the member (Example: [https://plus.google.com/113713719436007383684 Google+] / [http://7gogo.jp/lp/25nhJx0GVUxWkVIvojdMdG== 7gogo]). I know it's written "Google+", but this can include all the social networks and it will appear "Social Networks" when you finish the editing. Please do not change this on the Infobox template unless you are very sure about what you are doing.
|group= Insert the group of the member with a internal link (Example: [[AKB48]])
|Team= Insert the team of the member with a internal link (Example: [[Team A]])
|debuted= Insert the debut of the member (Month and year) and the generation with a internal link to the "*Group* Members" page (Example: June 2013 / [[AKB48 Members #15th Generation|15th Generation]])

"Ichikawa manami.jpg" is the file and "Ichikawa Manami (2013)" the message. The other informations (Width, height etc.) are the standard, so you don't need to change them. With more than one picture it would be:

There are other ways on doing the same things. It looks more complicated than it actually is, believe me. You can post here in case you have any doubts. And don't worry about making mistakes

Feel free to edit the pages when you want. You only need to make a warning here in case it's a large change (Something that will change all the member pages, for example). Here's a list with some pages that need to be updated:

- Music videos for the AKB48 pages (Older singles) on the song pages
- Song pages for solos and sub-units. Overall, solos and sub-units need a lot of update.
- International sister groups (JKT48 and SNH48) need more information about concerts, singles, members etc.
- Ranking for each song on Request Hour (AKB48 Request Hour 2015). But only the Top 200, please, not the whole thing
- Update of the "Trivia" of each member (Many of them are outdated or almost don't have information), besides the height, that constantly changes it.
- The "Timeline" page
- Update of all the categories. AKB48 members should be on the "AKB48 Members" category, not the "Members" category, for example.
- Disambiguation pages for singles. Heavy Rotation should have a redirect to "Heavy Rotation (Single)" and "Heavy Rotation (Song)", for example.

Don't feel pressured to edit this pages, however. Edit them only if you want.

I share this account with my brother honestly, he's the one who loves sasshi and I like meru chan..but lately I really love seeing sasshi's page activities (I follow meru thru her IG, Tweets,G+ etc..she's really active). Now we live separately so he never mention about this info. Thank you so much!! And I'm a woman by the way lol (I remember you said you confused to talk to people without knowing their gender)

It's gonna be nice to see updated sasshi's portfolio, I always pissed evertime I hear someone say "why she's no 1? What did she do to become no 1, did she do something?" But to be fair beside this forum, we're lack of international fan page that explain more about her. That's why updating her stage48 wikia might be a good idea..

I wonder what's it all about? most probably Goto and Sasshi will be MCs or commentators at SSK? commentators are probably more likely since it's hard to change Tokumitsu with anyone else at this point, and there is also Yukirin and Yuihan, who will probably be commentators as well.

They are going to announce the venue for the SSK on this ANN. And since Goto-san will surprisingly be present in this special, chances are high for him to be involved in the event again. Neither Yukirin nor Yuihan are going to take part in SSK? (Sorry, I didn't pay attention on them.) Even if they are available, Sasshi is the ultimate figure in SSK, I would choose her to commentator without thinking twice if I were them.

Many AKB fans complained when it was released that the girls didn't get enough screen time, that it was too focused on general public instead etc., but it's actually just perfect! Both song and MV are cheerful, easy to listen, funny and the nearly 4,000 extras make it the most awesome filming to date. Take the MV of #Sukinanda (also with Sasshi as center), focused on the members and I will still prefer Koichun.

This I can agree with; there is no need to try to put down Yuko. If you compare the time they were both members, Yuko beat Sasshi by 53 total places in SSK, while Sasshi beat Yuko by 1 place (final result: Yuko by 52 places). Yuko also centered 6 singles, Sasshi 1 (final result: Yuko by 5 singles). But this comparison of one versus the other is silly: i just threw it in because one to one comparisons of this type are silly. Let's just celebrate KFC for what it is: a fun video.

P.S. now I admit to being prejudiced, but watching KFC, I see Yuko stealing the show with her dancing, pointing, winking, and generally playing to the crowd.

I bet that when BNK48 released their KFC version it also boost AKB48 version views. Fyi, BNK version YT video was released on Nov 18, 2017 and currently it has around 110M views! And it is georestricted to Thai only! It is a bit misplaced making KFC vs Hebirote as Sasshi vs Yuko. Sasshi is extremely lucky to have KFC like Sayanee is extremely lucky to have 365.

You're right, and that happened in around last 2 weeks in January to the first 2 weeks in February IIRC. It made AKB48 Koichun MV viewers increase from around 50k-100k each day became 250k-300k each day.
