    The person you were replying to was thinking about that specifically because AKB graduates have not had particularly successful singing careers post-AKB, and whether she would want to pursue a singing career because of that. I don't see how some random idol jumping from one idol group to another is in any way comparable.

    speaking about Produce48, she finally mention Produce48 in her 755. Someone asked about the lack of NaaMako and Naachan said something like she was proud seeing Mako in Produce48.
    Yumirin also mentioned Produce48 in her latest SR. Nothing really important tho. Mainly mentioning Shitao Miu in it since she is from Yamaguchi.

    Also, am I the only one who feels a bit sorry for yuiri whenever that kiss and/or naachan are mentioned? Girl looks so uncomfortable about it all. I've been noticing it for a while now. lol

    Basically she was watching that play then back to AKB to practice for something... maybe for The Music Day performance (7/7 from 12:00 noon). Probably she had a break during practice then join Mikurin and Nako SR for a moment.

    Yesterday she was practicing for Music Day, have a lunch with Miion, watch Team K dress rehearsal, going to a cafe with Megu, Yuiri, and Cherprang (yes, she is in Japan) after that back to practicing.
    As for today, AKB already performed Flying Get. The will perform again in the later half. They hinted 19~ for the new song, but AKB still has to perform KFC and Naachan will perform with SakamichiAKB. The later half starts from 16:50.
    *Naachan said that she will perform after 18.

    You probably already know about 48G going to have Janken tournament this year with similar format as last year. In case you're wondering whether Yumirin has contacted Naachan... yes, she has. They didn't say about forming a team, but Yumirin came to Naachan during the break after janken tournament was announced.

    Naachan appearance on The Music Day was really good for her. The biggest impact tho is not in Sentimental Train performance, but SakamichiAKB. Basically AKB members that are in SakamichiAKB probably got a nice boost in recognition. I read a tweet about someone's friend doesn't like AKB because they are ugly but during SakamichiAKB performance, his friend pointed to Naachan as his favorite (and most Nogi and Keya members as his least favorite). So much for AKB members are ugly....
    Basically 48G has a brand image problem. Their brand is not favorable with the general public (especially the younger one) thus when someone hear about AKB they simply ignores it.
    Anyway, Yamashita Mizuki (Nogi) wrote about meeting and holding hands with Naachan during SakamichiAKB performance. It happened because Naachan was in Jurina position.

    I think it's probably one of the most fun jobs as an entertainer. If you're a solo singer, you might be quite lonely while on tour, but ofc that depends how close you are to your band. But then again, a lot of people in the audience don't pay attention to the band as much as the singer so it's hard for anyone around you (as a solo singer) to be able to relate to you.

    Plus, I think you have to be quite talented. As a movie or tv show actress, you can retake a scene as often as possible if you make a mistake, but as a stage actress you can't just ask the audience to redo it. And if it's a musical stage you have to be able to sing well live, which is something that isn't done a lot in AKB48.

    I assume the pay isn't as great for stage actors as it is for movie actors, but I personally think that a stage play is probably more enjoyable for the actor

    Indeed many actors and actresses after acting in dramas and movies, they want to advance up to theatre stage play as interaction with live audience is something different than the usual normal edited works. I remember one actor said that a stage play would him improve his craft.

    On July 9th, Mako posted an old photo of Team 4 because it was her 6th debut anniversary. Naachan debut was a bit later tho... she debuted in July 14th. FYI, Kojima Mako, Nishino Miki, Uchiyama Natsuki, and Maeda Mitsuki debuted on July 9th. Naachan and Hashimoto Hikari debuted on July 14th.

    Some other news...
    Good news: AKB48 and STU48 have been confirmed to perform at TIF (Tokyo Idol Festival). STU of course participated in it last year, but AKB, other than Team 8, will have AKB fresh senbatsu and AKB TIF2018 senbatsu. That last senbatsu should have members in SSK, thus hopefully Naachan will be in it.
    Bad news: STU48 postponed their 2nd single and theater opening mainly because of the disaster happened in Setouchi region. It is probably for the best tho since the effect was devastating.

    If you watched this week AKBINGO, you see on the preview for the next episode will have Miion and Yuihan (and other members). I believe this was recorded last week and afaik Naachan schedule is not that much different than Miion and Yuihan is probably busier than Naachan. But they can schedule them both to appear in BINGO while Naachan on that Bingo recording day (probably July 4th) looked busy practicing. Remember that Miion was also appearing in 4 songs on The Music Day (same as Naachan) and Team A also has a performance on July 5th, but they can still schedule her.
    I'm starting to think that this might be their agencies influencing management to put them in on Bingo, which is fine, but why AKS can't even put Naachan in it when she was very much available? :( Right now I don't think Naachan is busier than those 2 but she seemed not getting the good job from management. Please management, proof me wrong by actually giving Naachan a good media exposure outside of music program (unless she is appearing solo, which probably won't happen in the near future).[/hide]

    @Rurouni Do you know why Naachan and Hashimoto Hikari debuted later than the rest? I haven't even followed AKB 6 years ago, let alone Naachan, so I'm not sure what the circumstances of her debut were.
