It is onomatopoeia. I don't how to say it in English. Cmiiw, maybe it is "flabby" kind of feeling. The stern and cool Ashu become loose and soft, that kind of feeling. In that video, Naachan also said that Ashu made mistake when Ashu said Chichibunomiya on the "miya" part, so that's why she sound cute. Naachan express that Ashu's mistake with that onomatopoeia.

speaking of denchan, i think i saw her on the train from tennozu isle to hamamasutcho, she was wearing blue blouse,cream pants,black cap she was with another girl wearing black dress and a mask so i couldn't make out the face
was so tempted to approach and say "moshikashite nogizaka46 no denchan desu ka"
if i was mistaken i would look like an idiot so i didn't
maybe she watched hanshin?

 

Woah, next time, just ask it! Don't care about looking like an idiot, if she actually was Denchan, it would be the chance of a lifetime.
