Single AKB48 53rd [Sentimental Train] (2018/09/19)

After all, we know that the songs, filmings plans are 80% ready on the SSK night, whatever the outcome is.
also considering the staff sold us Jurina VS Sakura, Dasu wasn't really considered during the promo, nobody saw her landing at 2nd, the screentime distribution makes some sense.

 

This makes no sense.

Really, was it too hard to put Dasu in more scenes? Even if they didn't plan for her to land 2nd, they just had to ask her to stand in X place and say X thing.
The overpushing of Sakura even in the single where the fans are the ones to decide is just angering.

 

this mv is a mess, they should just put Dasu in center and wait for Jurina to make a new version.

the worst is: basicaly, they put Sakura in the center position, we can't even see Dasu, and the edit with (something that should look like) Jurina is SO bad. I really don't like it, just some screenshots looks 'ok'.

Putting aside the obvious Sakura vs Jurina plot, I thought it was a nice sentimental MV which reflected the song. Could've done a better job with that CG though!

My main complaint was those yellow seifuku. Ugh. Them summer dresses are good enough!

 

This single is possibly last single for Sakura. so...

 

like what other people said DASU DESERVE BETTER AKS!!, this MV is so-so but it has AKB style on it. yeah that yellow uniform from clueless shouldn't be there. that uniform is too overrated in kpop plus AKB is using it. on the other hand here i am celebrating tomu's screen time.

 

I don't know what to think. On the one hand I find the MV very beautiful and I even enjoy the music but on the other hand Sakura (she's here particularly beautiful) is too put forward compared to Dasu ...
Also I find Nako very blank/inexpressive

I love the song and the mv is touching also the costume is really akb. No complaints from me

Justice for Dasu+n. I can’t even see Ogiyuka much. They did all the SG girls that is not Sakura dirty.

Though actually I just skip the drama part. Maybe that's why you guys see Sakura so much? Looking at the story, I think some of the scene fit Sakura better than Dasu. Maybe someone can do it in scientific way...calculate the screen time of each member. Coz I remember seeing Akarin, buthardly even remember there is Yuihan in this.

Not the story. I don't know...the feel? hard to say though. As hard to explain as saying a member has the aura.

 

It seems to me that the uniforms are recycled by Team KII's stage of Te wo Tsunaginara. The scenes are quite beautiful, I like the visuals of all girls but Yoshida, Nako, Miku, Hinata were invisibile for me.
Like a lot of you told, Dasu should have switched places with Sakura. Even tough I like Sakura's speaking voice more than Dasu's.
The sound was nice but why was the background music louder than the vocals?
And why was the dance time so short?

 

This is Sakura's last SSK single.. So, let it go guys

That MV, I-

Jurina is not dead, isn't she? The song, the pictures replacement (the CGI needs to die tho lmao that was so random), the drawings. They should just make a story MV before Jurina is cleared to work tbh, and including the dance scenes in the "actual" MV, since I feel like J absence in the story makes it more sentimental.

That single cover also doesn't help omg, it feels like a graduation single

 

That was actually not good. The song is good, the MV is quite bad. Even if Jurina was in it, I don't think the MV was that good (the whole transfer student story and the sky stuff). The CGI thing is horrible and not necessary at all. It all just screams "basic" to me considering it's AKB and Jurina's 1st win.

And.

JUSTICE FOR DASU WOW. lol. I cannot believe that was something they actually talked about in the boardroom and such. "Well, Sakura got 3rd, but we don't like Dasu, so lets throw her some scenes, but it's really Sakura we wanna push." They should have swapped all those scenes between the two. And Jurina ain't dead lol. They made some weird choices for an MV that will live forever lol

 

I hate how they make it seem that Sakura ranked 2nd. Justice for Dasu.

I dislike how I didn't notice NakoMiku in the PV.

I like how Tomu got a lot of screentime.

I love how they included the story board drawing, CG Jurina (Hatsui Juku?), and stand-in actress for Jurina. These made the PV feel incomplete and raw; the way it should be. Without these, people can pretend even more that Sakura is the center.

 

aside from the song and mv but why you all complain about the yellow outifts lol thiss outfit is AKB-ish,that's their original style,if you complain about the outfit,well... you don't even know AKB enough.
I really love outfits in this MV,really AKB.Best outfit this year
