BNK48 gonna held free concert at Central World on 15 September.
and since we partner with Plan B, seem like they gonna use all screen at Central World like in this video.

so what’s happening with 2shot event? can any translator give us the fandom tea?

 

I heard someone filed a report to the Office of Consumer Protection that the 2-shot is unfair so the event registration is postponed indefinitely.
It seems that currently BNK's 2shot system can actually result in some people not getting any members to have 2shot with (I guess?). The official planned to reward those people with official posters, but it still isn't really fair.
EDIT: My bad. Just the serial code registration for the random draw is postponed indefinitely. The date for the event is still the same.

Also, Mobile is to go to Japan for "idol training" for a month, therefore, she will not be able to participate in the 2shot event on Sep 30. She is available on Oct 20-21 though.

You can clearly see that the first gen's portraits are starting to fade and it's not even a year yet.
It's kinda funny when a member graduates, she has to remove the portrait from 2 places since they have 2 sets of theater portraits: this one with back lights and the ones inside with normal frames.

Wait, why did they change Satchan's portrait?

Also, is this the confirmation of BIII team color being Orchid/Purple? How do people know a team's color in Japan groups other than AKB?

Finally finished reading all 46 pages! I saw a few very interesting things (the backing track cut off but the girls kept singing, one poster mentioned my all-time favorite group Fairies...). I have to say, when I started reading, I wasn't sure I was going to find much interest in this group since I have a number of ties to pretty much every sister group except BNK48 (have Japanese extended family, married a Filipina...) but of course some of the videos and quotes really brought some personality to me. One thing I really wish is that the BNK48 Musical could have some subs. But alas, I've got some hundreds of pages to read through in the JKT48 forum and the old SHN48 thread to catch up on...

But I'm definitely going to start following this group.

Someone else was looking for a way to purchase goods from BNK48 and I'll tell you what. I was just searching for various groups and I saw the BNK48 merchandise is selling for $30+ (free shipping) whereas JKT48 albums are selling for $10 (with $13 shipping) on ebay. Someone else did link to Amazon.com which has a nice collection of mp3s but no physical albums. I think that shows the general popularity, perhaps? The actual prices can't be that far different... though in comparison the MNL48 cards are about $8 while JKT48 cards are around $3, the BNK photo cards are nearly $8 (all from the online shop), so for a foreigner or for a Thai expat it's going to be costlier.

I'm pretty sure once Produce 48 is complete, and when my wife has a break from work, she'll probably become a quick fan of BNK48. For her, I think, Thai girls are cuter than Indonesian, Japanese or Filipina and she really adores the language.

Yes. They change rules, right now you can choose whoever you want to have 2-shot with, no more lottery things. and I think fans always upset with everything sometimes they act like they don't know how unpopular some girls was and want to treat every member the same like having 6 slot as Cherprang, Even times slot are not match their freetimes they still blame it on official, lol

I don't know any Thai artists besides BNK, and Twice's Tzuyu so I wanted to know, are their or have there been any Thai artists that have sold as much as BNK48 has?
