[GENERAL] The BNK48 Thread

Historically speaking there were 1 million sellers back when cassette tapes were a thing. Nowadays no one could do that anymore I believe.

 

If it mean in this 2-5 years, I don't think any artists can sells as much as BNK48. even 10K is impossible nowadays. but take back in 10 years or more we have a lot artists who sold more than one millions(some are two milliones). IIRC the last artis who sold over 1 million are Thai country "Takkatan Chonlada"

Do you know Juné and Jennis study in which university?
I read google translation of Juné's interview on dailynews that she studies architect, but I'm not sure. I'm so surprised that Juné can speak Russian bcz not many people learn Russian now.

omg please I have been praying that they’ll get their own SSK. one that’s off season from AKB’s is even better. my biggest fear is they’ll be stuck with that world SSK forever; money from their fans should be funneled into BNK and not become pocket change for AKB lol

Let me share my thoughts on the recent concert> this is my own opinion

- there is a huge gap difference between 1st and 2nd gen . 2nd gen have a lot to practice and catch up with.
- 2nd gen lacks stamina and we all can clearly hear some are out of breath and cant take on high notes. but i commend them for singing live and still deliver excellent performance.
- KWM costume and performance is superb. i love everything about it.
- Yume e no Route is definitely my fave coupling song. Pupe is surprisingly good at being the center
- Temodemo no Namida- akward but still good- is it about their vocal, idk i love both of them so its okay
- They have mic issues, there are instances its making an eerie noise, some have high volumes set on their mic that you can clearly hear off pitch voices.

I enjoy it and i look forward for more, still more room for improvement but it shows how they are getting better and better. Good Job girls

 

Some background for context: I just started following BNK48 couple months back and this is their first performance I attended. I have the same thoughts as you. Also the songs with all 52 members feels a bit disorganized .... just a bit! Probably because of too many members on stage?

Anyway, why is Temodemo no Namida awkward for this concert? There's another comment on it being awkward a few posts earlier too. Am I missing something? I found it to be a pleasant surprise and it turned out to be my favourite tune. This is my first time listening to it (only searched for the AKB version after the concert).

I would certainly go to Bangkok again for another BNK48 concert!

i think because of their deep voice and stiff movement , When i look at their facial expression they are serious but i see they really look nervous, its my opinion thou, they still perform great without getting offpitch.its better that way.
