So, has it confirmed that they shot for lucky girls ranking?

 

Oh, looks like next week will be a special about "Female Geinin No. 1 The W" again. Loved the one last year and in addition to the AKB girls they will also show the many entrants from HKTBingo!

So this year we have 6 episodes left before the new year break and the Lucky Girl rankings. Based on the available info and last years schedule these 6 should be 2-3 episodes of "The W", 2-3 episodes of whatever they're doing in their baseball jerseys plus maybe a Yamamoto Sayaka graduation SP.

Well, we had a recording which included some members of SKE, NMB and HKT, but for the LGR we would expect the full house with all high profile members available. Although maybe they had a full house and did some additional recordings with a reduced number of members.

 

I see. That were the ones in the baseball outfits, right?
Then I guess it'S unlikely they recorded Lucky Girl Ranings, as they would have recorded more episodes e.g. for the Kyun Championship on Valentine's Day

 

well, even though they recorded it, doesn't mean they will air it in that order right?
They can just record the lucky girls ranking anytime until mid December. I think it is not that difficult to edit compared to other kind of episodes.

Happy to see this episode with so many Rin on focus .
Basically surprised 2 fans at a time but poor Hama who is there as third wheeler I hope she get more focus in the W championship episodes.
Also, somehow the female fans reaction are much better than the last week episode where they are trying to act cool.

 

But they also use the Lucky Girl Ranking cast for the Kyun-1 Championship episodes. And considering how difficult it should be to assemble all of the important members from all sister groups I don't think they would record the LGR episodes without recording the Kyun episodes as well.

This year the 48 members try again to compete at "The W". Even though only five contestants from last year dare to try it again the total number of participants went up to 32 (mainly due to HKTBingo!).
Unlike the 48 theaters where the fans will laugh even if they're not funny, at "The W" they'll face a very strict audience.

I really miss the old AKBINGO i.e Shoujiki shougi, Time pressure battle burger shop,muchaburi dodgeball.AKVegas and hopefully a new set of AKrangers

 

I thought the same when I finished watching all episodes at the beginning of this year, but actually not anymore. I definitely need to bump up 2017 and 2016 in my rankings as I enjoyed them very much when I watched them a second time.
Not sure what it was exactly, but now that I know all of the new girls and learned to appreciate how great of a host Muramoto is my enjoyment of the new episodes skyrocketed.
