I know its common for some Japanese girls to not move their mouths much when they talk, but Kaki Haruka is crazy. She legit looks like a ventriloquist.

Since seeing Tamura Mayu this morning in the articles about the coming-of-age ceremony, I can't wait to see more of the 4th gen. I want to learn more about them! Tamura Mayu was't really on my radar until this morning, but she certainly is now!

It's right over here: Tamura Mayu / 4th Gen

It may not be as active as others because there's not much 4th Gen stuff to talk about just yet. Except for the fact today's Tamura's birthday and she was just in Nogi's new adult ceremony. You can go over there and drop some knowledge if you want...

4th Gen is going along differently than 3rd Gen. No blogs yet when at this time it was a tag team effort in the 3rd Gen blog stream. Plus 3rd Gen had a Priniciple to start worrying about. So far nada for 4th Gen. Interesting...

4th gen would be fine ;They have Tsustui Amane and Endo Sakura.
I think they would be better than 2nd gen but surpassing the 3rd gen would be tough .

underestimate 4th weren’t on time yet tho. and calling 2nd gen is poor or lackluster is kinda not on point too. rmmber 2nd gen came at 2013 when nogi didnt reach a their top level yet. there’s plenty fans still on their way knowing the 1st gen and suddenly the 2nd gen were comin, obviously it put them one step behind for their whole condition.

if calling abt how 2nd gen lack of chances in senbatsu.

First, the top tier members of 2nd-3rd gen gap overall aren’t on that disastrous level.

    sales wise :

only 1 round separating Zukki-Yoda-Kubo-Minamin with Miona-Maichun-Ayane as top sellers from respective gen.

    only 1 round separating Ririan-Denchan with Ranze-Miria.

3rd gen indeed have more popular names than 2nd gen. but i dunt think 2nd gen were that kind of underwhelming gen due their popular names still could compete each other.

Senbatsu have a limited slots. removing 3rd gen to include 2nd gen or vice versa ofc will bringing same amount of debates which cant be avoided. that’s the unfortunate thing due the group had a very lot of deserved girl to be put on senbatsu. and honestly i dunt think widening the senbatsu more were a good option.

and at the end cant count out 1st gen yet out of the race.

    ========================================

    speculation thougts here.

Endou Sakura were likely being plotted as the first center among the 4th gen. so whatever it takes i assume she’s at least will be 1 step forward from the rest at the beginning.

i dunt have particular 2nd names but for me who's coming closest could be Tamura Mayu.

so far i have read lot of good reports from her omitatekai HS experiences and as japanesse audience had mention and i have saw it myself ( although i didnt win the omitatekai hs ballots but fortunately i got nice seat atm ) , she’s a top tier visuals when you saw her live.

there’s no content yet about 4th gen to show their characteristics either hs events too bringing their game gather some fans so i couldn’t decided who’s gonna be the top members from them.

1 things which had been good from 3rd gen they’re bringing a vry good hs experiences even since the beginning, if lot of 4th gens could play this game nicely and strong too, they could poke 3rd gen popularity a little bit although takeover them will be tough imo.

This fact doesn't agree with your statement. Their sales by Generation aren't close
Miona is the sole 2nd gen keeping pace with the 3rd gen Core Five or Six

2nd gen did pretty good and 4thgen will be good as well as long as they're integrated properly

3rd gen is simply box office, it's hard to compare them with 2nd gen. it's not fair. even with their bottom 3 members, 3rd gen still gets the edge.
4th gen though, premature to judge how things will turn out for them.

    312 (2nd gen) vs. 194 (2nd gen)

26 average (12 members participating in 3rd gen) vs 21.5 average (9 members participating in 2nd gen, Kitano not on that list)

So yeah 2nd gen isn't doing as well as 3rd gen, but its not like they're doing terribly. The had 6/9 (2/3rds) members sell out compared to 8/12 for 3rd gen (also 2/3rds).

When I say 4th gen will be like 2nd gen I'm not talking about HS sales of course, but about "push" by management and being strong figures in the group.

Visually speaking too, even if there are some cute girls (like in every gen), to me 4th gen cannot compare to the 3rd one and I put them on the same level of the 2nd.

Lot of promising girls were given to kanji keyakizaka, maybe cause they think they were needed more in that group, while Nogi is fine...

Some girls are beautiful and fine, but others to me are like "WTF, they didn't find anything better? I thought seletions were so big this time".

I hope to be wrong however.

Here's the news from the official site: http://www.nogizaka46.com/news/2019/01/post-1.php

4th Gen on NogiChu next week (2019.01.20). Looks like 2 senpai will be doing the introduction. Should let 2nd gen be the lead since they are so much alike... LOL! jk for those not in the know.
