OMG. Management is not wasting time LOL I love it! 2019 is already so good for Moeka! a first solo concert and now a first photobook! This has to be a record with how fast it's happening but tbh I really do think she deserves it. I mean she can sing + she has great HS sales so the solo concert makes sense, and well, she's doing good with photoshoots and she definitely has what it takes to have a photobook so it makes sense as well. I'm so happy for her!

Honestly I think the push is ideal right now. I'm sure she will eventually center a single but I wonder when, I think maybe the election ticket single would be a good opportunity to make her center. Management is investing so much in her. and so far she brings good results, and I hope it keep going well

There's definitely a lot of attention on Moeka lately and she gets noticed for a lot of things like her voice and cuteness and more. so I'm glad management isn't wasting any of it and they give her what's necessary to get more interest from new fans and make them stay! Management won't let new fans & non-fans only think "oh she's cute, she can sing" and move on. They want to turn them into fans and they give the necessary to make it happen. I'm loving this!

Btw I was surprised that Moeka has a Twitter for her photobook. That's something that 46g members always do but I don't remember seeing it for 48g girls. I always thought that it's a waste not to do it since it's such a great way of promotion, it helps a lot. I'm so glad AKB management is learning and do things the right way now! Everyone make sure to follow the Twitter account and hopefully we get as many photos/videos updates as 46g members do on theirs.

and I want to say. There's something so fresh about Moeka... I mean AKB debuted more than 13 years ago so it's difficult to see them as fresh/new anymore even with new generations joining. but there's something so refreshing about Moeka, like I can totally see her getting the interest of new fans and non-fans. I think the same for girls like Yuiyui and a few others. if they make these girls centers and give them good songs like AKB's past hits, it would work so well... it makes me have big hopes for AKB in 2019 and after, I'm excited. I hope management keep making these good decisions without wasting time. LOL

I don't remember other member who got PB recently but you got my point.

I think it is the standard nowadays, but AKB just rarely release any PB lately. Two of those names got theirs from SR.

 

@SunnyHighland Somehow I can't access to the links you posted LOL but wow I had no idea that they did this before. and I follow Renacchi, so I thought I'd notice that :O well, I really hope Moeka's one can be done the same way as 46g especially with posting new photos/videos all the time and making other girls (popular members) react to her photobook, it's such a good promo. (imo photobooks like Renacchi's one deserved so much better sales, the sales were good compared to AKB photobooks nowadays but yeah still just around 12,000-14,000. I really hope they promote a lot for Moeka so she can have high sales)

I just saw those 30 photos on modelpress, Moeka's solo concert looks so much fun! She looks great in every outfit, she's wearing a lot of "classic" AKB outfits there. I'm searching for the full setlist, I'm so curious about what songs she performed. I can't wait for the release! and she took a video with Mirukii OMG

Note: the spaces are for Mc parts, and the encore started with Oogoe Diamond! also "suki" is changed to "suchi" in some songs (and in the concert title too I guess) it seems to be a Moeka thing, she posted that in Twitter before too LOL. I like the setlist and there are lots of songs that I love like Synchro Tokimeki, Zetsumetsu Kurokami Shoujo, Wimbledon e Tsuretteite, Yakusoku yo, Oogoe Diamond, Kibouteki Refrain etc. the whole setlist is good! Btw there's a Nogi song too (Sekkachi na Katatsumuri). and the 4 songs after that all seem to be non-48/46 songs. I remember Moeka asked for recommendation on Twitter for songs, and she wanted non-48/46 songs as well. I can't wait to see this concert
