Clearly after this 2019 mahohon incident, yukirin wont be able to graduate this year.

They even pair her to yukirin just so yukirin's aura could neutralize mahohon's gloomy atmosphere.

I guess yukirin the only 48 member who understand the feeling how to be betrayed by fellow member.

Alright, I'll agree to one thing here, and that is, the Mahohon incident of 2019 need a proper resolution and soon.

But you want Kasyiwagi to do WHAT?! First of all, she has a solo career that she has been building for years, and yet she still takes the time to care for her kouhai in NGT, while still being a member of Team B... Your suggestion is beyond outrageous, she is in NGT to teach and support growth.

Secondly, what do you even think that Yukirin being in Niigata more, or moving there would possibly accomplish? It would literally do nothing but inconvenience the girl. Her living in the same building would have done nothing to prevent the incident, and to think otherwise is foolhardy. She is a very busy girl, AKB, NGT, Solo work, Yukirin Time... etc... What the hell do you want from her? You want her to be a babysitter too?!

If anything, they should have an OJS48 member move in, and install proper surveillance in common areas (Elevators, Hallways, etc)... suggesting Kasyiwagi overly dedicate herself to NGT is almost the same as saying that you want her to abandon her career and her dream. If that's the case, I don't like you. Seriously, what would have been different if she was in town, or even in the building? Even if she heard the incident going on, and went into some sort of "Hero Mode", she doesn't exactly have a warrior's body-type, and the situation would have likely escalated into something far worse... Now, having AKB Graduate Akimoto Sayaka move in, that would be a deterrent... I know, she's busy too, but she would have UHO'd them right out of the building...

Yes, they should step up security on 48/46G members residences, but, and I'm sure that Kasyiwagi herself would agree with me, Yukirin is NOT a security guard/bodyguard. Yes, the incident was sad, and should have never happened, but what exactly are you suggesting that my beloved Kami-osyi do? She isn't actually Rappapa's Black, you know...

Sorry that I got into a rant, but the suggestion that Yukirin throw away her own life's work to play bodyguard or babysitter absolutely disgusted me. hrs0722, I may have misinterpreted what you said, so I'm not all that mad at you (just mad at the way that the words that you wrote reads to me), and don't actually dislike you yet. I'm more than willing to let you clarify what you meant, as I'm pretty sure that you didn't mean anything harmful by it... I just really love Kasyiwagi, and will defend her and her path to the ends of the earth. Her public statement on twitter was very professional, and very good. Her current solo tour has a section at each venue reserved for girls only. Her response to this incident was perfect.

 

I watched Yukirin's drama Kono Koi wa Tsumi na no ka!? with english subs here, and I really loved it! The drama is only 4 episodes and they're very short, but the story didn't feel rushed. it was so nice to watch! it's an adaptation from a manga. Yukirin also sings the opening song The story is very cute and sweet! There's chemistry between Yukirin and Kentaro. They're so cute together! it's really a cute little drama and story, with good production, the story is well made. everyone should watch it, give it a try :3 I really want Yukirin to do more dramas like this, I'm so glad she played in this!

I agree. I don’t like Yukirin overplay it as being babysitter or mother figure. Her speech is professional and it’s all what we expect from her.

On the other hand, I can also understand why hrs0722 wants our beloved kamioshi to spend more time in Niigata. Yukirin isn’t known as the protective type among the girls, except when she’s with Mayuyu. But she has something that many others don’t have: calmness, charisma, maturity. She hardly ever cries in public. At events like SSK and members graduation, we’ve seen a lot of girls crying. But not Yukirin. The only occasions I saw her cries are at Tokyo Dome Team Shuffle 2012, and this. I say Yukirin is a woman of steel, emotionally-wise.

So yeah, it is understandable why some people like hrs0722 expect Yukirin to spend more time to nurture NGT girls and make them calmer. And if the rumors is true about the culprit behind Maho’s incident being one of the NGT girl, then maybe if Yukirin (or other senior member like Yui-soukantoku) was staying in the same building with Maho at that time, then the culprit will have to think twice, out of respect for Yukirin, before conducting her mischievous act. Of course I may be wrong about this. Incidents can always happen with or without Yukirin’s presence. And of course, I don’t want Yukirin to put herself into danger to protect other girls when such things happen.

I like the drama too, and the fact that Kentaro is much younger than Yukirin.
I think Yukirin is so fit playing opposite younger man LOL. I hope she can graduate soon and focus on her solo career and do more solo concert and project (doramas/movies).

And yeah, it would be nice if the senior members could better look after all of the younger ones. And it would be awesome if Yui-han could be everywhere at once (I'm sure she thinks so too, soukantoku is a lot of work). But the reality is that the larger the group of people, the greater the chance for chaos and incidents. Do I think this could have been prevented? Probably. But how many similar incidents were likely already prevented? There are also only so many steps that can be taken before it becomes an issue of privacy and freedom vs. security. For instance, a new rule where all members must be escorted by trusted, qualified security staff when in public, could do a lot of good, but in the end would ultimately be a heavy strain on all. Scheduling would become a nightmare. Idols would regularly "go rogue" and try to ditch their security detail, causing panic and mayhem. Security staff could betray their agreement and cause a very terrible incident to occur. The very last thing that I will say on this subject is that, if another member was in fact responsible she should be given two options.
Option 1: Publicly admit her wrongdoing, apologize publicly, be put on temporary leave for counseling, and allowed to return.
Option 2: Graduate, with no graduation ceremony.

As far as when Yukirin graduates though, I'll be very happy that she can focus on herself, but it'll be sad to know that there will be no more Yukirin in AKB. I still am having a little trouble coming to terms with the upcoming graduation of Sasyihara... that the very last Sasyihara-center song will be coming very soon. I mean, she has =LOVE to take care of, so I'm certain we won't be seeing the last of her. I'm also still not completely over Mayuyu practically vanishing after Best Regards (excellent album by the way), but I can understand wanting to get away from it all for a while. I'm hopefully awaiting her return to voice acting, she was always quite talented at it. Speaking of Mayuyu, am I the only one who has a feeling that her real personality (Idol Mode = OFF), is a lot like Nezumi?

When Yukirin graduates, I want to see either the three of them form a unit, or an Original Team B reunion, even if it is just a one-shot.

Fixed! And finished Kono Koi wa Tsumi na no ka!? ... I loved it! Kasyiwagi did an amazing job. Her acting and reactions were so perfect! And she looked especially amazing in that kimono, though, let's be honest, there is almost nothing that Yukirin has worn that doesn't look good on her. It was a very cute story too. Kentaro did an excellent job playing alongside her, and the ending was very well executed.
