Kuroi Hitsuji ranked #2 in this week’s Billboard Japan Top 100. Also #5 in Streaming and #15 in Downloads. Here’s hoping for longevity on the charts!

I can’t wait to see the full live of Kuroi Hitsuji on Sakamichi TV. It’ll be aired on the 23rd.

Lane assignments for Thursday's pairs handshake event in Osaka. Anticipating a huge crowd, Neru's single lane has been moved to another hall, and while most ticket sales will go to 5pm, hers will only go to 3pm (and the WWatanabes to 4pm). Techi will take part in the mini-live, but not the handshake.

    Hall 3
Nagahama Neru (a room of her own)

    Hall 4
Watanabe Rika
Watanabe Risa
Sugai Yuuka
Kobayashi Yui
Katou Shiho
Saitou Kyouko
Kosaka Nao
Ishimori Nijika, Uemura Rina
Ozeki Rika, Koike Minami
Oda Nana, Habu Mizuho
Saitou Fuyuka, Suzumoto Miyu

    Hall 5
Satou Shiori (new art university graduate), Inoue Rina (with her great new short hair)
Nagasawa Nanako, Matsudaira Riko
Moriya Akane, Matsuda Rina
Seki Yumiko, Tamura Hono, Morita Hikaru
Takemoto Yui, Fujiyoshi Karen, Yamasaki Ten

Iguchi Mao, Sasaki Kumi, Hamagishi Hiyori
Ushio Sarina, Miyata Manamo
Kakizaki Memi, Sasaki Mirei (the Magic Girls return!)
Takase Mana, Kanemura Miku (supremely unpopular plus supremely popular -- and both very pretty and smart)

Takamoto Ayaka, Nibu Akari
Higashimura Mei, Tomita Suzuka
Kawata Hina, Matsuda Konoka
Watanabe Miho, Kamimura Hinano

EDIT: names in bold italic are names I somehow left out, despite intending to be careful not to. Sigh. Thanks to @Raidanzoup for pointing them out.

I'm in the venue. It was announced that Mon-chan will be absent because bad condition. Her fans are very worried (well... all of us are worried already).

    Fuu-chan solo line.

Mon-chan being my Keyaki oshi, I'm now worried, too. Missing one event is nothing. Missing two... There is a current of thought that thinks she is next to graduate. I do not believe that. As someone said, she and Nijika, as the two who came to Keyaki from being more-or-less "underground" idols, may be the last to give up this hard-won place. I'm only concerned for her health and well-being.

Once again, second-best third week ever for Keyaki (1000 behind Garasu). Would be second-best for Nogi, too (by 5000 after Nigemizu). No national handshake next week, so the number should fall. We shall see... (source)

if the video does not show watch the video here

Today's Sakamichi TV performance. The best Kuroi Hitsuji performance so far, with live singing as well. I think it's pretty clear what that ending means.

Both Neru and Suzumon were absent. I'm getting worried about Suzumon. She has been acting so odd this year. She wasn't delightful when they introduced 2nd gen in keyakake episodes. If she is still absent in April it's time to get worried for real. This behaviour have I seen before from Keyaki. Oh yeah, Mona...

Noooo! Let's hope it just means Yui-chan gets to be centre next time. Not that Techi goes.

But I did begin to see a potential rebirth in another form. No Techi would likely mean entirely different kinds of songs...which would suit quite a few members, but perhaps not the accountants. And the new members would become more and more important.

To me, the ending looked like Techi going to the "black sheep" side and everyone else except Pon to the "white sheep" side, with Pon standing there, as if asking the audience "what will you choose?". Why would they even incorporate a future center reference into a song's choreo anyway?

I think this is the hardest choreography Takahiro-san made IMO. Slow-paced but complicated.
Overall I love it, I like how every movement they made represent something.
