Definitely no swimsuits...when they went to the water park in BNK Senpai, they had to wear a long suit (covering arms & legs) AND an extra t-shirt on top of that...so...yeah...
PS. Poor Izurina who just moved there at that time must've been asking herself what Catholic convent she checked herself into.

 

Yesterday at Joox Music Awards 2019 is like reunion since most of graduate members(exc. Namhom who live in Denmark) is there with Kami7 from first SSK

 

Wee to be a main character in the film, Mother Gamer.

Film production house is Sahamongkolfilm (same as Sisters)
Director is Yanyong (same as App War)
Main cast are Aom Piyada (protagonist), Tonhon, Third and Wee
Plot- Aom is the single mom of Tonhon who is genius gamer. She ttries playing online game to understand her son's world. Third is Aom's problematic student at school good at nothing but gaming. Wee is Third's gaming friend.

Fans speculate Wee was cast as she was gamer in real life.

Thailand is like summer all year long so what's the point of summer release? Also, it may be too late for Songkran release.

Why will Izurina wanna wear swimsuit when she admittedly has enjoyed eating so much?

 

@welp I didn't say anything about Izurina wanting to wear a swimsuit. Just that she must have been confused by the whole situation given how in Japan, entire MVs are filmed in swimsuits while in Thailand, the members had to wear double layers of long sleeved clothing while going to a WATER PARK.

First of all dancing in swimsuits is super uncomfortable, secondly a lot of members are underage and many people would see the swimsuits as fanservice rather than just teens having fun so….yikes

Can BNK48 perform songs from other sister groups like SKE or NGT?

 

Since JKT able to use them BNK should also be able to use them

 

Wonder when BNK48 will have their first Janken tournament. I’d love to see that.

 

I know, but they have not recorded any songs from the sister groups yet.

I remember that in 2016, BNK management asked on Facebook what stage the fans wanted the group to perform and in the options there was no stage of SKE and NMB.

 

Maybe they haven't acquired the copyright yet? Since NMB and SKE are now in a different company maybe it'll take some time

 

They started getting original songs now, so JPN sister group songs could be possible.

 

And, you believed Japanese girls commonly wore bikinis to the beach?

Actually, they wore t-shirts and shorts over bodysuits. You didn't feel the heat so much when you wet.

I don't think the right to copy is held by the agency but the music label. This means the right to AKB's songs are held by Kings Records and not AKS. This means to release yet another adaptation of any song of any sister group, managed by AKS or not, may be more complicated.

Technically, the copyright belongs to its creator, which are the lyricist Akimoto and the other person composing the melody, but practically, the music label/music distributor acts on the behalf of the copyright owner.

 

BNK48 for 7-11 new campaign say no to plastic bag.

 

Apparently they're getting a campaign PV released on the 1st of April, as well a sponsored MV at a later date.
My guess is it's probably going to be Lucky Seven.

This is AMAZING. There's so many scenes I recognize from my childhood Saturday mornings.

The 'next episode' intro, the Kaiju monster, the outfits, the transformation scene, the cheesy fight scenes, the somersault entrance, the robot mecha, Jobsan as the holographic commander, the final 'let's finish it off' power move, the awkward dubbing voice, the 'つづく' at the end...EVERYTHING about this is SO NOSTALGIC. It's like a giant treasure trove of 90's childhood memes.

Also, after Kimi no Koto ga Suki Dakara, their 'boyband' EXIT CM, and now this MV, I think it's official that BNK48 is the comedy troupe of the Overseas48 group.
