I would not change anything. But if you MUST, flip that post count around. The longer they have been signed to the forums, the more chances they had to post. It is not like we don't run this EVERY YEAR with, in the past, forum wide notification. They had their chance to play by the rules. They should not get a free pass.

They can get some posts by going into the AKBingo thread and discuss the episodes with us. ;)

I don't see the point of increasing (or decreasing) the post count requirement by year. It just adds more complications for no real gain.

I might change my mind if turnout is much lower this year (much, considering the weird timing and lack of advertisement), but I also don't see a need to decrease the post count requirement or set a minimum account age. 100 posts is 100 chances to identify a multi-account, and minimum ages greater than a few months eliminate new fans who just discovered 48G in the year being voted on.

    I just sent my votes!

I think the amount of people who participate gets lower each year... which is weird because I don't feel that the forums are much less active? Maybe people are not aware. I got a notification today reminding everyone to vote, so I guess every user got one. I'll try to let some people know or post about it in some of my favorite members threads. It's more fun if there's more votes!

There are also some members missing from the graduates lists.

    Harasawa Otohi (August 22)
    Kamiyama Riho (October 20)
    Yaguchi Moka (November 4)
    Shoji Nagisa (November 4)
    Umemoto Izumi (November 25)

There's a sort by AKBSort that includes all current members; however, the ones who graduated since the beginning of 2018 aren't included. So I made a list of those who graduated/announced their graduation so if anyone uses the AKBSort sort, they can manually add them.
The list only includes Japanese 48G since I don't know the rest well enough.

    Yours was perfect, don't worry.
If there was a problem with a vote, you would have received a message! I wouldn't ignore bad votes. Even if you're ineligible, I will reply to let you know.

Everyone who voted: please confirm your name is listed in the first post of the thread. If its not, please contact me to let me know.

    @Renappon thanks, that's very helpful.
Shoji was just misplaced but I moved her and added the rest.

My name is not in the op as counted. But I only did send my votes in yesterday, so I will wait a couple of days before hitting your likely flooded pm box.

Thank you, messaging here instead of my inbox was helpful. There's a lot there right now and I'm happy to avoid non-vote messages as much as possible.
I fixed your name and noticed a few with similar message times needed fixing.
    Everyone please continue to check.

Caught up with votes again. I'm happy to say that we are up to 103 and about to eclipse last year's total!

I have to say, I really appreciate all the nice messages of appreciation a lot of you are sending in your ranking messages. Makes me feel really glad I'm doing this.
    Go community :D

Now I feel bad for not being more kind in my message lol.
It took everything in me not to give member by member explanations for each selection

I don't feel anything negative when the messages are empty, it's just a nice bonus to get a little comment.

Everyone is welcome to say whatever they want in them as long as it doesn't go inside the ranking (i.e. between names).
But unfortunately I can't reply because, for organisation purposes, I'm trying to keep the messages in chronological order (from when they were sent) as much as possible and I don't want to bump them.

That said, as the ranks are revealed, you'll get your chance to tell everyone why you voted each way
