The 46 groups definitely have a strong following here and I guess many like both groups in the first place (as do I for example). Although considering they have by far fewer members than the 48 groups it's normal their members on average get more points, as the fanbase don't spread out their votes as much. To give you some numbers, AKB48 members got 4184 positive points in total distributed over 112 members (average of 37.36), while Nogizaka46 got 2683 positive points distributed over 52 members (average of 51.60). So despite getting less points as a group (meaning having fewer fans here), the average per member is higher.
Probably upset/salty that she chose a career in K-Pop outside of AKB? ... iirc someone used the term 'traitor' earlier ... if that wasn't in jest ... words fail me
Good points, but the numbers are different from my count. I was going to post them later but since it already came up AKB48 4049 Nogizaka46 2652 Keyakizaka46 1288 NMB48 1085 HKT48 972 I*ZONE 873 SKE48 767 STU48 640 NGT48 234 BNK48 179 MNL48 136 JKT48 133 Yoshimotozaka46 45 TPE48 42 SGO48 29 TeamSH 26
Yeah, I only counted the positive points, so I added the (previously subtracted) negative points back to the totals. So e.g. for AKB I have 4049 (final number) + 135 (negative points) = 4184 (only positive points)
Re: Nana winning I didn't vote this year, but I have been thinking about following Nana now since Sayanee graduated and the issues with Noepii. And it's because Nana exhibits a lot of similar traits the members I have loved in this group. Noepii was actually an outlier in my circle of favorites, I tend to be pick hardworking leaders who are serious about their group. I've noticed aside from Nana's dedication, she comes across as friendly, nice, and supportive, so even if she isn't someone's stop pick, I think it's easy to put her in your top 20 list. Considering how popular Takamina, Sayanee, and Sayaka have been on Stage, I think it makes sense Nana ranks highly here. Imo I feel the same way about KomiHaru. Even though she's still vulnerable about her popularity, she's really shown a new side of herself as K Captain and her willingness to set aside her insecurities to put on a supportive face to those under her.
The banner on the stage48 main page with the top 3 winners look really nice and colorful, I like seeing all these colors when I open the forums LOL good job
Hmmm I was sure that I've written explanation... Explanation of my vote is in spoiler below. Spoiler I've not used words "traitor", but also this word is close to my feelings about Juri. I liked Juri so much in past, but she has totally failed as Team B captain. Her participation in Produce48 has delayed stage debut of Takahashi Team B in comparision to other teams (about 3 months). When other teams had idol activities, Takahashi Team B was inactive because of her. Aaaaand... Few months later she has announced graduation, so fact is that her team mates have been waiting for her without any reason and lost their invaluable time. Another fact is that it's rare when famous idol is unfollowing another famous idol in 48G. Yuiyui (my Kamioshi) has unfollowed Juri's Twitter account after her announcement in March and was one of members who has never said any sweet words like "Good luck" or other to her. Everyone in 48G knows that Yuiyui is one of members who are really concerned about future of 48G, so that was I think painful for her, that one of her beloved senpais (in past they've posted many photos together) has left AKB for one of many small K-Pop groups. If we will add that she has blocked also slots for another idols in Cherry Bay Blaze and another promotion channels for idols, then I think that she could resign from captain position one year ago - before Produce. Last reason is that she was so dark in documentary "Legend of AKB".
Stage48 members had voted for their favorite members, now how about showing which fandom/franchise your allegiance lies? http://stage48.net/forum/index.php?threads/which-fandom-do-you-identify-with.22968/ I made a thread asking which fandom do you guys identify with and so far, AKB48G almost got half of the votes and if the votes for International 48G is added to JP48Groups, then it will be a clear majority. I honestly thought we now have more Sakamichi fans here since it seems Sakamichi threads are more active. The votes so far: AKB48 Groups 65 vote(s) 49.2% Sakamichi Groups 42 vote(s) 31.8% IZ*ONE 16 vote(s) 12.1% International 48 Group 9 vote(s) 6.8%

With her not with HKT48 right now, I'd have to say Jurina and Moeka are my favorites in the 48G right now. As of late, I have honestly been taking a liking to Asuka as of late and I'd consider her my favorite from the Sakamichi Series right now.
Another fun thing to do, and extend this thread's lifetime, is to count all the rankings of your submitted top 20. The lower the number the more "mainstream" your tastes are. The higher the more hipster you are. Only fun if multiple people do it so you can compare. For me it would be 7+92+72+506+13+49+81+271+39+81+296+15+155+37+155+283+343+163+175+60 = 2893
For me: 2+4+5+7+9+10+11+13+21+24+37+46+47+56+72+136+190+229+470+506 = 1895 So I'm not big hipster Spoiler 506. (27) [5|30] [NGT] Kato Minami {+20,-103}, -83 (+5 pts from me) 470.
