Still waiting for them to join the new lolis and make those Team 8 Undergirl concerts — which is like two thirds of the team now. They really need to create that independent identity and it will help them upgrading their MCing. Some of the new guys, like @nvmea, don't remember this but they were really terrible MCing in the beginning. It was so bad that it was good, and now look at them.

I think the terms is more lax than before.
- The audition will be held in Tokyo
- Those who succeed will have daily lessons in Tokyo
- Those who passed the audition have to be able to achieve similar level of performance of other Team 8 members.
- Special daily lessons will be held in certain period before the successfull applicant introduced as new member of Team 8
- There might be special lesson camp in spring or summer holiday
- Successfull applicant can work without leaving Tokyo.
- it is open for anyone, but those who come from the vacant prefectures will have advantage. You will be assigned to a certain prefecture to promote it.



Hmmm, either they use Mashiro as the passing grade....or it is bad news for Macchan who already being an eito for one year.
