    [Nishino Miki] I got fat at a stretch from my second year of high school, and it was fat all the time. I always wanted to lose weight, but even when I was on a diet I rebounded.
    But this time, I wanted to be lean and cute before the coming-of-age ceremony, so I entered the Summer Style Awards 2019. I feel like I've finally succeeded in dieting."

    ――As you can see in the title “How to lose weight while eating a fat fat idol, the original idol was fat”, this time it was “to lose weight while eating”, but what was the most difficult thing?

    [Nishino Miki] While eating ... it was limited, and I couldn't eat a lot, so it was hard to restrict my diet.
    But I don't think I can't eat it, I can't go out with my friends. That was pretty painful. I prepare almost for myself before eating out and do not eat dinner after 21:00. I wanted to eat it as early as possible around 18:00. Even if you go out for dinner with your friends, you just drink. I went to grilled meat and did not eat meat.
    Also, I was very patient with sweets. All you can eat is fruits. Grapefruit in particular is very effective for dieting and has the effect of increasing fat burning and metabolism. I also eat apples with their skins. On the contrary, grapes do not eat because they are high in sugar."

    I'm really impressed with Miki in particular. Mako wasn't part of that many songs from that list either, but Miki was part of Labrador Retriever ONLY and she graduated 3 years ago. She remembered a lot

    I couldn't help but notice Miki mentioning the 1.3 million views that her video dancing to the oldies with Mako has. :)

    And that Shige is at a disadvantage with all the AKB48 songs.
