    Two more!

    02. 27. (20) [23|0] [N46] Takayama Kazumi - A little sad to see her drop out of the top 25, but two spots out isn't that bad. Still the smart, slightly dorky girl I came to like years ago. I like to think of her as one of Nogi's unofficial captains.
    13. 40. (43) [11|0] [BNK] Cherprang Areekul - My casual is showing with this vote, but she's smart and hard working. It also dawned on me that she looks a lot like a friend of mine.

Great. It would've been very sad if I had to act on my impulses towards to you :fear:

Wait for summer bod, gravy and maybe even PB. She has more than just jokes, variety, guitar and a good singing voice

Ahh time to play catch up! tl;dr I really loved AKBINGO and members that are like Takamina and Akimoto Sayaka.

    01.
    02.
    03.
    04. 103. (110) [9|1] [IZN] Lee Chaeyeon {+34,-1}, 33
Towards the end of P48 and especially after IZONE formed Chaeyeon has been my favorite. Her dancing is a big part of it, but largely how she expresses herself when dancing, and then just how mellow and slightly goofy I find her.
    05. 34. (60) [12|0] [AKB] Taguchi Manaka {+75,0}, 75
She became my insta fave of the 16th gen when she spoke so frankly to her seniors without any reservation. It was certainly refreshing after how stagnant Bingo was with everyone wanting to be an orthodox idol.
    06. 90. (92) [12|0] [AKB] Nakanishi Chiyori {+36,0}, 36
It's going to be very obvious a lot of my picks are because of Bingo, and Chiyori is definitely one of them. I also do think she's quite pretty and I'm really glad she was able to show more of what she could do beyond variety during and after P48.
    07. 158. (130) [4|0] [AKB] Hama Sayuna {+21,0}, 21
She's so ridiculous and cute, it was easy for me to like Hama.
    08. 222. (149) [4|0] [AKB] Hiwatashi Yui {+12,0}, 12
I think Hiwatan is the cutest member to have ever been in 48g and I really appreciated and loved that she didn't let that dictate what kind of idol and person she wanted to be. I don't think she was very good at variety, but that also made me laugh and I found it heartwarming how much she tried.
    09.
    10. 173. (190) [5|0] [NGT] Takakura Moeka {+18,0}, 18
Okappa was in the same boat as Hama for me, kind of weird and very cute, and I found her awkwardness endearing. After the incident, she was the only one I felt comfortable following.
    11.
    12. 33. (24) [15|0] [HKT] Sashihara Rino {+78,0}, 78
I grew to like and respect Sasshi over the years and I thought her last few were some of her best in the group.
    13. 26. (35) [19|1] [IZN] Honda Hitomi {+107,-3}, 104
Hiichan wasn't on my radar until P48 and she was easy to grow fond of with her innocence and being a bit of an underdog. I still like to follow up on her.
    14. 74. (136) [8|2] [HKT] Kodama Haruka {+49,-5}, 44
Haruppi was my favorite in HKT and I kept hoping she'd recover or at least get to graduate on her own terms, but alas. She's been looking stunning post grad and I hope is having a good time.
    15.
    16. 107. (119) [9|1] [SKE] Suda Akari {+35,-3}, 32
After THAT election I just had to follow Dasu and see what she's been up to. I do find her charming in her own way and I'm always drawn to members who work hard despite all odds and how much Dasu has taken SKE on her shoulders, even if it's been hard for her.
    17. 126. (81) [8|0] [AKB] Iwatate Saho {+28,0}, 28
She's just cute and I like how she tries to remain positive.
    18. 44. (56) [14|0] [HKT] Murashige Anna {+63,0}, 63
Since I'm more of a passive fan I'm probably just buying into all these narratives management wants us to eat up, so this last year with Sasshi graduating and the girls stepping up to fill her place, I just really felt for Anna in her attempt to do so. Plus I love variety girls.
    19. 41. (45) [18|0] [AKB] Ma Chia-Ling {+69,0}, 69
I just think she's an earnest sweetheart.
    20. 417. (---) [1|0] [AKB] Sato Kiara {+1,0}, 1

As expected, the remaining 3rd gen ranked.
Kubo from 47 last year jumped to 22nd spot. Not bad making it top 25
Momoko is another high leaper, 29 to 15. She is still 3rd gen's center and everyone loves her. I'm not the one who said it but I agree.
As for Yoda I have to admit she already slipped on my ranking. But big things come in small packages (hey I'm not talking about that) and I still have a soft spot for this little girl. Tomorrow might be the same top 3 finish.

So the top10 is going to be:
Shiraishi Mai, Ikuta Erika, Saito Asuka, Okada Nana, Murayama Yuiri (!), Miyawaki Sakura, Oguri Yui (!), Nishino Nanase (I actually thought she was supposed to be not eligible since her graduation was in December of 2018 but the list says otherwise), Yamaguchi Maho and Kashiwagi Yuki.

In what order they'll show up is your guess.

I mean, I was surprised that her rank went down, since this year she didn't get any negative votes. I just checked back the last year's ranking, and found out that she had 21 people who voted for her, while this year only has 15 people. 2019 was a great year for her though. Get back to the senbatsu with Sustainable, passed the weather forecast test and appeared in a stage play.
Only one left from my ranking...

Hori has always intrigued me, and I think she's grown a lot. I feel like she's gotten more and more serious about being an all-around good member and helpful senior in Nogi. Like with Asuka, I hope she keeps her dark weirdness about her.

I think Yoda is a perfect blend of country girl next door, weaponized cuteness, and a clever but not flashy aggressive drive to succeed as an idol. I think that passion has helped her and Yamashita jump out as the lead 3rd gens.

Top 10 coming up, this is it!

I "discovered" these two only last year, and I love both of them. Hori kinda reminds me of Matsui Rena, but a little quirkier and weirder (but in a good way.) When I saw the episode where they welcomed Matsui Rena as "kennin" and Hori was one of the Nogis who welcomed her, I felt like I was in bizarro world. And "Barrette" was the first Nogizaka song I liked (which Hori centered) so I will always have affection for her.

Yoda has grown on me the past few months, man, N46 3rd Gen is really strong with Yoda, Yamashita and Momoko.

Another set of three members and it's including my first and only non-AKB member. I actually do like HKT, Nogizaka and Hinatazaka a lot, but there is just not enough room in a top 20 list.

    11. (27) [25|0] [AKB] Okabe Rin {+143,0}, 143, 15 points from me.

See, she can easily be in the top 25, even top 10 is close. No need for such a shameful display as we saw last year. And all we had to do was coercing Rin fans like @SunnyHighland into participating here this time.

Again I prepared tons of Rin gifs to celebrate her good ranking and I can finally use them! Wait, I can only use three per post? What a nightmare, well no gifs for the other two scrubs from my list then.

And the three slots for gifs are gone. Ok, I think I don't need to describe why I think Rin is the best member of all time, it should be plenty obvious. The goal should be to enter top 10 next year and to overtake YuiYui for the Team 8 crown. I think I gave some points to YuiYui, so maybe it's time I give her some tactical negative points as well. Ahem. I wouldn't do such a thing.

Let's quickly go through the other two entries from my list.

    18. (16) [25|0] [AKB] Mukaichi Mion {+123,0}, 123, 9 points from me.
Of course she's no scrub, just an all-around great member. When I did the 2016 best of for AKBingo I realized how great she played the part of the girlfriend in ep 410. I liked how she was always nice and compassionate, but never submissive and always made sure she didn't get the short end of the stick. She also became the new GM last year, so that's great. Also for some reason I don't have a bookmark for the S48 wiki, so to go there I just type "Muka..." and it auto-completes to her link on the wiki and I just navigate from there. Great, right?

    18. (22) [26|1] [N46] Yoda Yuki {+125,-2}, 123, 4 points from me.
It's Yoda, and she's wonderful. I don't know how Nogi 3rd Gens managed to get so many great looking members that Yoda isn't the uncontested stand-out. She's absurdly cute and at the same time also quite sexy.
She just released her 2nd photobook and it got great sales numbers, but that's not a 2019 reason.
So let's get you the best picture of her from last year:

    19. Shiotsuki Keito (+1) {+6,0}, 6, 290th Place
    20. Otani Yuki (+1) {+1,0}, 1, 417th Place

Looks like I'm about done with my list.
23rd Place, Yabuki Nako - I can't say I blame her fans for letting her rank drop. I'm more voting for her really on her potential return than anything she's done in the year, which I know isn't in the spirit of the event and what not but oh well. I know it wasn't her fault but not having Nako participating in Sashihara's graduation concert just seems so weird. I still like everything she does though and what she does she does really well. Even if she stays in Korea I'd probably continue voting for her lol
18th Place, Yoda Yuki - The one new(er) Nogi that captures my attention and I'd watch content for. Even though I'm not super familiar with their latest stuff and what she's been doing, she's definitely the one in that group that I root for.
18th Place, Mukaichi Mion - I'm pretty surprised that Mion is where she is, I thought her and Yuihan would be in the top 10 for sure... I don't know if she'll be a great Soukantoku but I think she certainly has it in her to be. I find her incredibly charming regardless and appreciate her wiliness to take a backseat role. It doesn't hurt that she's easily one of the cutest girls in 48G
16th Place, Yokoyama Yui - Even though she's no longer Soukantoku, I still think of her as such whenever I see her. She fit the role so naturally. I really like how Yuihan looks after the younger members and pushes them forward but I also like that she came out recently saying she wanted to be center. It's nice to see her putting herself forward after all these years of being so dutiful. There's something about being loyal to the group that really makes me like them.
16th Place, Minegishi Minami - What is there left to say about Miichan? The last remaining 1st Gen, only member to have been a trainee and been in all 4 teams, absurdly high theater performances, mentor of most of the important members right now. She seems much happier these days than she did in the last few years. I hope her graduation goes well, whenever that will be, and she continues to gain in happiness afterward.
14th Place, Tanaka Miku - I didn't used to be much of a Miku fan outside of her association with Nako but I've grown to like her a lot in her own right and am impressed with her efforts to keep HKT going as the, arguably, last big member right now. I know her solo song was 2018 but what a nice song that is. I hope she continues to lead HKT for a good while.

I'm glad Komiyama Haruka and Okabe Rin are so high up as the Team A and K captains. I'm not particularly a big fan of either but they both seem sincere in their devotion and serious about what they're doing. Yamauchi Mizuki isn't one of my favorites but I'm pretty happy with her as new center and she seems like a great performer. Has a lot of freshness and seems like a great face for the group. Kojima Mako was a great member who never quite got to where she seemed destined to be. Another graduate who I could easily see myself voting for if I voted for graduates. I'm glad her youtube channel seems to be going well. Shiroma Miru seems nice. I don't particularly like her or dislike her but she seems like a good member and does a good job for her group. I watched an episode of Bingo the other day that Muto Tomu was on, well after she had started making Senbatsu, where she competed with other members for the right to be on the show. Not only did she eat that super nasty spicy mustard and force her way through it but then did a face-powder candy search that seemed exceptionally unpleasant. I really admire her willingness to participate in AKB programs that she's arguably beyond and her enjoyment of that aspect of the idol life.

I negative-voted these two because I didn't find their sudden graduations very respectful or with good explanation. In both cases, hopes and expectations were let down without enough advanced notice given. I forgot that the NGT drama happened last year too (feels like it was 2018) so I wish I had included some NGT members in my negative votes.

Six today with four of them in positions 11-14 so just outside the top ten in this year's ranking:

    16) 14. (13) [27|0] [HKT] Tanaka Miku{+133,0}, 133
Mikurin has always been one of the cutest members of 48G but now she's also becoming one of the most beautiful.

    15) 11. (27) [25|0] [AKB] Okabe Rin{+143,0}, 143
My favourite and most beautiful Eito member who continues to be successful as Team A captain.

    10) 22. (47) [24|0] [N46] Kubo Shiori{+118,0}, 118
My oshimen in N46 and I'm so happy to see her being pushed with a B-side center and magazine covers. People in her thread have said that she looks like a sweetie, well I can say that she most definitely IS a sweetie - I met her last year at HS and she was very lovely and friendly, and she made me feel genuinely welcome.

    04) 18. (15) [27|0] [NMB] Shiroma Miru{+123,0}, 123
My long-standing NMB48 kami-oshi and the 48G member who I've met the most often. It was good to see her center two NMB48 singles last year but this year I think might be somewhat quieter for her.

    02) 13. (37) [27|0] [AKB] Yamauchi Mizuki{+136,0}, 136
My ni-oshi in both AKB48 and 48G. She's a very beautiful and cute member and I was so happy and honoured to win a one-shot video with her when I met her at HS last year. I'm very pleased at her success in becoming the center of 'Shitsuren, Arigato' and I hope she can rise to eventually become of AKB48's all-time top members.

    01) 12. (10) [22|0] [AKB] Komiyama Haruka{+142,0}, 142
I'm sorry to see my kami-oshi drop out of the top 10 in this year's rankings but she had a somewhat quieter year last year although still successful as the captain of Team K. She's the most beautiful and loveliest member of 48G and it was great to meet her again last year at HS (when I called her a princess and she blew me a kiss :D).

I've three members lremaining for the top 10 to be revealed tomorrow...

    01. Komiyama Haruka (+15)
    02. Yamauchi Mizuki (+10)
    03. Kitagawa Ryoha (+9)
    04. Shiroma Miru (+8)
    05. Taniguchi Megu (+7)
    06.
    07. Moriya Akane (+5)
    08. Oba Mina (+5)
    09.
    10. Kubo Shiori (+4)
    11. Moriyasu Madoka (+4)
    12.
    13. Otani Marina (+3)
    14. Sakaki Miyu (+3)
    15. Okabe Rin (+2)
    16. Tanaka Miku (+2)
    17. Nibu Akari (+2)
    18. Ishimori Nijika (+1)
    19. Hirata Shiina (+1)
    20. Ishida Chiho (+1)

    01. Tano Ayaka (-5)
    02. Nishigata Marina (-4)
    03. Yamada Noe (-3)
    04. Kato Rena (-2)
    05. Nakai Rika (-1)
