That's what I thought too, Height says Seira but hair says Momoko.
A tough one to call from this angle.

I'm quite certain that she is indeed Seira. Her height and her jawline say it all.

Looking at her cheekbone and chin, more like Seira than Momoko. Even on the first pic the one sitting on the right, looks Seira to me. And yup, she looks taller than Momoko. I do hope it's Seira since Momoko for sure won't be left out of this single.
If those are the front 3 that would be awesome.

 

I also think it's Seira because I noticed the hair falling in front of her left shoulder. Momoko's hair would be a bit longer, so we should see a bit more on the left side, right? Unless I'm wrong and her hair fell behind her left shoulder. ehehe

Maiyan may not join any new single anymore...
If they put 21 members, then the rest members maybe from 3ki or 4ki to join.
I'm quite exciting for this single. The uniform looks so cool and seems they're wearing like silver extension on their hair.

I would like to see a Seira push but I’m not so sure. We would have a large senbatsu if they include her.

Momoko? Looks like a morph between Seira, Kazumin, KuboShi and Momoko.

 

Nogizaka46 idols will perform their songs "Nandome no aozora ka?" and " Sekaijuu no Rinjin yo" at Meiji Jingu Stadium for NHK show SHIBUYA NOTE SP on 23 July 2020 (10:00 to 11:15 JST). Moreover, Ikuta Erika will accompany other guests (and audiences) on piano for performing the song "Believe" at NHK 101st.

After seeing the clearer version, I think this is the most revealing uniform Nogi ever wear for main single! Look at that abs and legs! It is almost look like kpop group outfit.

 

I hope they only did it on MV

 

There is possibility that they will also wear that uniform for MSte perf.

The hand position in this picture reminds me of a similar dance movement that Runa did on her Nogidouga promotion video. Is that dance move from Seifuku no Mannequin?

I have to say the outfits are chic and eclectic and I love them. I meant the song will be EDM and upbeat and long classic elegant outfits would not fit the concept. Looking forward to the song.

 

Hope the song is EDM/dance-pop, it's been a while. Btw why not making it as their 26th single?
