I can understand if the fans are mad when the trip was supposed to be her+fans and now it's turned into her date+fans. Since Takamina has always been a person who distinguish work from personal life, some people will find this unprofessional of her. I think she should reconsider dragging her boyfriend along to the trip. Instead, they can go on another occasion and let what's supposed to be an idol+fan interaction remains so.
Now I get it why Mariko asked her in her concert theater stage if she's dated anyone, to which she answered no. In a way, yes, it was a lie but what else was she supposed to answer then?

 

^ @Shinchan it's not really a lie. We don't know how long the two have been dating. They could've only dated after she graduated. Also, there is a slim chance that this is another dokkiri or filming job, but I doubt it.

That's why I said in a way. However, for him to spend 3 days in her apartment, I would say that they couldn't have dated after she had had her grad theater stage. That's not saying they dated when she was still in AKB since the article did point out that they met again toward the end of last year. If we were to assume that it was in December, especially after December 8th where her graduation should have taken place, then technically, she had already graduated by that time, in which case no rules were broken.
I doubt it's a dokkiri this time as she's already apologized for the commotion with the guy besides her as she was leaving the radio show, although if it is, they're doing a pretty good job so far

It's real as far as the evidences go. If it wasn't she would have denied it already and I don't see why they would make the same dokkiri twice. She probably didn't care about getting caught that's why she didn't cover up because she's no longer under the love ban rule, hence no scandal if it leaked out.
