Although it's normal to think she'll be the captain, I think she's still too young. I believe Maimai might actually get that position.

I didn't say Chikako shouldn't be a captain. As a vice-leader she is really good, I like her very much but i think she's too young to be a captain. She is among the youngest members in team S. I said Maimai might be the new captain because I already know she has some leadership skills. she takes care of the younger generations and I think she is respected by other members. What I'm trying to say is that Maimai has the authority, meanwhile Chikako doesn't.
I guess it's just how things work. When the captain/leader graduates, the co-leader/captain can be promoted to leader/captain or she can stay as is or there simply can be a new pair of captain and co-captain.
