btw if you go a few minutes earlier in the clip you will see Kitarie eating that ice-cream melon pan and I tried that too It's just above the curry place. These two food items were truly amazing.

And it happen to be in the Seishun Dokei MV too, I was so moved. Basically that whole MV was filmed around Bandai City lol you won't miss it.

@marioworldakb That's exactly the curry I was referring to. Sorry, I watched in the recent Buzz Rhythm (06:30-) that it was near the Rainbow Tower (it seems the tower is in the same block of the curry, but in the opposite corner). And now I noticed it in the MV too.
Props, man! Yukirin said it's the best curry she's ever eaten!
The ice cream melon pan looks good too.

 

Yeah man I kinda knew you were talking about that too, the rainbow tower is not quite far away from the curry place lol probably like 5 min walk.

Definitely try it if you have a chance to go to Niigata. That curry tho is the best I have eaten so far too.

That melon pan is actually everywhere in Japan big cities and overseas as well. But I think the first branch shop is this one in Niigata. Original shop was in Kanezawa http://melonpan-ice.com/

 

Exactly! I go there for to eat meat, drink beer and hang out with friends I haven't seen in a while (also spending a lot of cash. ). Yes... they're MILLIONS of place to do that, but I like Ucchi and her family (her mom is hilarious ). So you can say I'm supporting a family business.

 

I've only ever looked at the AKB cafe from the gap in the partition from the shop next door but it's never looked appealing to me. I did buy an orange drink from the pop-up AKB cafe at last year's 2-shot in Yokohama (and I got a Hirari coaster which was cool as I was going to 2-shot with her later) but it was much too sweet in taste and I wondered how much added stuff there was in it.

On my latest trip to Japan I took a look at the AKB cafe in Namba one week before its scheduled closure but it was absolutely dead, just 2 people in there and one very bored-looking waitress. A couple of days later I was in Sakae and in contrast the SKE cafe had a very vibrant atmosphere with a queue outside but sadly I didn't have time to wait in line. One problem with my visits to Japan is finding time to eat, I usually end up in Lotteria or Mos Burger, but next time I really must make time to visit IWA (and order a proper meal!).

 

Yeah, I've visited those two cafes too. But the Namba one was already close by that time.

In my whole trip, I only ate Mos Burger once and McDonalds twice lol But to be fair I ate a whole lot of Fami-chicken and onigiri's from convenience store XD Not to mention Yoshinoya, Matsunoya, Matsuya and Sukiya. lmao

Though my most expensive meal was in Kobe where I had legit Kobe Beef for 9600 yen

In Indonesia, currently there's a petition begging minister of marine to prevent seaworld from adding whale sharks as its collection because it's been explained that whale shark is migratory species that migrates thousand kilometers in sea so it no way fits to live in tanks.
