On the 29th there is HS event at Pacifico Yokohama. If you are in Tokyo area on that date or got a JR pass, i suggest you go there! You can get the 17th single official goods at the HS event.

On the 6th and 7th theres the national and individual HS events in Nagoya, if you can get there. Basically you cant get goods unless you go their events..

There's a store called TRIO where you can buy second hand idol goods. There's one in Harajuku and one in Akihabara, don't know about Hiroshima.
Hina photocards are generally sold at 108 yen a pop there, though not a lot of Hina goods otherwise last time I checked because she's too CUTE and her fans are the CUTEST AND MOST LOYAL WHO COULD SELL A STAR LIKE HER.
