Event / Concert AKB48 49th Single Senbatsu Sousenkyo (17/06/17)

AKARIN got a great push by making it into the NHK Kouhaku senbatsu. That along Keicchi, Shuu and Miruki graduations, Sayanee not participating and the fact that there's already a new generation pushing forward made her realize this is probably the last chance she got within the group. Appealing to those fans, using the fact that the 5th generation is still new, and that there are several spots open and many candidates who decided not to try (like Haruppi and Sayanee), it's a great opportunity. And contrary to Mirurun, Akarin is playing underdog. I doubt she'll make it into senbatsu, but she could very close.

Mind you, I also think she'll graduate pretty soon, especially if she fails to rank high.

 

Akarin will probably be the last of the NMB first gen to graduate. She's loving idol life. Also Aapon is proof that when NMB tries, they can actually go against the odds.

 

It's common sense that if people don't subscribe to her, she won't even get the money at all Also, just because someone watch and like Akarin's videos doesn't mean they're willing to spend 1524 yen to purchase something that they don't need. Plus, they will have to go and actually enter the code in return for what? Nothing. Maybe if she came out with her own makeup line and people buys them, that's supporting her. At least they are getting something instead of wasting time and effort for nothing.

By the way, let's totally forget that the more popular/busy you are, the greater content you post and the more videos you post

Edit: By the way, it's the same as a sales person. If people don't come in and buy stuff, the workers wouldn't even get commissions. The people are not giving them the commission right? But are the people beneficial to them?

Although Akarin's subscribers aren't actually giving her money/paying her, they're still bringing in her money. Without her subscribers, she would still be posting videos and have little to none income from it.

 

Akarin's demographics are mostly her youtube viewers now tho, she wont rank high since they wont pay to vote. It would still be the usual fans she has from the beginning.

 

To give points to members are just by throwing stars of sending comments. I threw 100 stars to my oshimen last night, I'm about to throw 200 stars tonight. I send some comments too. Comments from a user are limited to 50.

 

Tomorrow's ranking will see Kahotaru drop positions, she just scheduled her next broadcast for tomorrow at 6AM JST, which means she won't return to her apt in time. Glimpsing at my numbers (and considering there are still 2 hours to go and that I use local time so that I must convert mentally to JST), ranks at this moment are Onishi, Rikachan, Kokoro, Kahotaru, Shiori, Ayuka, Akari, Miharu, Ogiyuka, Bibian, mostly because Shiori, Akari, Miharu and Ogiyuka couldn't broadcast.

 

Akarin's fans might vote more at least now because of her YT-channel, and I do believe she has gained much support from it too so it won't just be the usual fans voting. I bet many people have found (oshied)
Akarin from Youtube, and them alone might be the reason to vote for her to show support and thanks for her videos.

 

True, but the big amount of points the top SR-er get is because their fans throw 2 or 3 × 495 stars and add to that the 20% bonus for most of those stars thrown, plus their good broadcast timing and consistency from both the broadcaster and fans.

 

Since Kahotaru was going to be absent I threw my load inside Akarin's room Currently first in her SR contributors' list for this event, second in Kahotaru's Kurenyan hasn't logged in yet since the event started. That's the nice thing about having oshis that are too busy, no way they'd all log in at the same time~
