    they have her as (NMB/AKB) - though I'm not guaranteeing everything there is correct haha

    looking even further at the failed ones, Inoue Ruka and Iwata Hina had HKT only but ended up in SKE and STU respectively many months later. Seiji Reina had AKB but entered NGT few months later. But Hinachan's case is admittedly a bit different.

    Hmm seems if the 73 ball is voted number 1 after 1st round then it does forces the team to stop drafting. Which means fans do have full control in the draft.

    [Q3]2巡目以降、指名したい候補者がいません。視聴だけでいいですか?
    ⇒指名したい候補者がいない場合は「73番」のボールを投げてください
     投票結果で1位が「73番」になったら、そのチームは指名終了となります

    There are 15 teams, and if each team drafts 4 girls at least then yeah.

    Wow, thanks a lot @Renappon :approve:

    How many do each team need? 3-4 for each AKB4 team sounds acceptable for me considering some will grad and the current number with k8nnins, can't say for SG.
    We don't know when they will even promoted *please don't repeat D2*.

    I really want to vote whoever wants S at the moment. The team is in a slump, so maybe less competition within the team but many pushes have failed there that wanting to challenge the situation is nearly enough.

    LOL i didn't know that you must be subscribed to one of the three Japanese mobile carrier to register into AKB48 mobile site.
    Is there any other way to get into this voting system?

    I've only just joined the conversation of this thread. I suppose the "how to vote" is somewhere in this thread, but do you have any idea where? There's already 35 pages ^^;

    You click 会員権利 for the mobile account you registered for: STU mobile = STU 会員権利 / SKE mobile = SKE 会員権利.

    Okay...I'll write a dummy guide then

    International fans dummy guide "How to vote in Draft 3"

    You only need 3 things to check off so far:

    ======================================

    Step 1: Get an AKB48 group service account. Free.

    https://id.akb48-group.com/member/entry.php?rg=3
    *There is English translation on the right top box of your screen. Follow instruction.
    ** Important! You will have to pick your oshi team here and this is the most crucial part of getting to vote for your favorite team.

    Go to "Edit the basic information of membership" > Scroll down and you will see oshi-team and go select your team > Press continue and you are done step 1.

    =====================================

    Step 2: Get a SKE or STU mobile account (Because these are the only two groups who doesn't require Japanese mobile carriers) Both are 324yen.

    International credit card accepted. Monthly subscription which you can cancel after the draft event or keep paying for it and enjoy it's premium contents. Up to you.
    >> http://sp.ske48.co.jp/charge/select_course/ << or >> http://www.stu48.com/feature/fs_teaser <<
    *I would suggest to use your smartphone to register because it will be pretty difficult to view contents in pc interface.

    SKE mobile (Harder to set up)
    You will need an extra step for this because it will ask you for a Japanese address. Fear not, here is the easy solution. Go to https://www.tenso.com/en and register an account. (It's a proxy service company) Follow instructions and when completed you will get their warehouse address in Japanese. Copy and paste it. Proceed next >>>

    Click on SKE mobile link above > Scroll down and pick VISA/JCB/MASTER/AMEX option > tap on square box> Enter email > Wait for confirmation e-mail and click the url inside > fill in all your personal information (please use google translate...if you don't understand Japanese) + the tenso warehouse address > enter your credit card info and you are done step 2.

    STU mobile (Easier to set up)
    Click on STU mobile link above > Hit menu on top right corner > Tap the top left bubble box in member's menu > scroll down and tap the blue box (you probably see two of them, they are the same) > Tap the hyperlinked blue sentence under the second blue bubble box > Enter your e-mail > Wait for confirmation e-mail and click the url inside > setup pw > then you will be lead to a screen with 4 blue bubble boxes, click the last one > enter your credit card info and you are done step 2.

    ===================================

    Step 2.5: Connect mobile acount to AKB group service account

    Easiest but most important step. Go to the SKE/STU main site. Find this button...会員権利
    hp button.jpg
    ...and click it. Enter your AKB group service account info and you are done.

    The completed screen should look like this.
    complete.jpg

    ==================================

    Step 3: Get a Showroom account. Free.

    https://www.showroom-live.com/
    *There is English translation on the right top box of your screen. Follow instruction.

    They will release a special SHOWROOM event page and you will have click something to send them an e-mail so you can get a serial code to enter your team's specific SR. The event page is scheduled to be released on Jan 15 1500jst.
    Which is the deadline time for the registration period to connect the AKB group service and mobile account.

    So just chill around until then once you are done all the steps above.
