It makes me cry

 

I'm really happy that Gabb is still in top 10! Although, quite sad that Gela is out now.

Though when I think about it, not that much of a surprise that they didn't like her considering the treatment she got for ranking #1 compared to the perks Eunice got.

That's not a good enough reason to kick her in my eyes, unless she really wasn't improving. That's also not what I saw based on the dance performance (she seemed to be one of the better ones.)
And yes, I agree she didn't get the same treatment as Eunice for being number one, even if it was just the first week.

Personally...I'm sad we lost one of the girls with actual idol vibe. Again.
I know last week should be the last elimination (probably)...but still...I'm worried.

Of course there was no good enough reason to remove Val. From the start, this elimination process felt like a way for mangement to have things their way as opposed to what was initially announced that everything will depend on a sounsenkyo this April.

Well if course, the management do have the right to follow their whim.

At this point, just hoping none of my faves get elminated and also, not have Eunice as the center.

 

I agree. I'm really dissappointed, I thought with Val having a rank 1 status will save her but apparently it's becoming more of like "the management choice".

 

Did not vote for Val but was rooting for her nonetheless. After that heartwarming update video where she detailed how her family is what keeps her going, along with her hard work during training, actually made me consider taking my vote away from one of my oshis and give it to her. It's just downright sad and a bit cruel if you ask me to have that those situations in quick succession. IMHO, this made me lose a bit of my trust in the objectivity of the judges and those rating the girls, but I'm just a random quantity on the internet so I REALLY hope there's a justifiable reason why they removed Val.

On a second note, I'm a bit out of the loop so I'm wondering why Tano Yuuka is the speculated candidate for Kaigai?

 

Val getting eliminated is a big joke.
She's good during rehearsals + polite personality towards the staff, I don't see what's wrong.

It started out as a joke in 2ch, since Tano Yuuka looks Filipino. But after second thoughts, she does look like she'd fit in MNL48 considering her beauty fits the beauty standards in the PH.

 

That's a twist from the management, they created the unexpected so now everyone is going to fear for their Oshi

 

I think it is because of her looking like a Pinay.

I can guarantee Val And Gela are perfect 30% from the coaches. I don't know about the other 30% from HHE-ABS and that dreaded 40% from the 3 advisers.

Management might pull off a wildcard again.

The caption on their latest post regarding the 10 random aspirants chosen to perform was worded in a weird manner.

Translation: What do the aspirants that temporarily left their MNL48 journey and the chosen highlighted aspirants this week feel?

Which is pretty weird considering captions during the last 5 weeks didn't contain the word "Pansamantala", which means temporary in Tagalog.
