Tano Yuka (Tanochan) / 12th Generation

I've been gone for so long, so I missed the initial announcement, but I'm not surprised. I will definitely continue to follow Yuka aftet she graduates as best I can, and although I'll miss her in AKB, it's for the best. It's sad though, how mistreated she was just based on her talent and early accomplishments

 

I intend to keep doing here what I've been doing so far ^^ Tano's thread has never been very active ever since I came here, so I'm not expecting that to change anyway. 98% of the updates I post here are from Tano's twitter and instagram, even the news about stage plays and such as she usually retweets everything that's important ^^

 

I hope you all ready because following her step after graduate will be not the same anymore like when she still in Akb..especially if she don't have much activities after graduted
And for god sake, is there no any agency outside the who interested with her? Are they blind?

 

A thing I've noticed is girls who graduated, get picked up by agencies almost immediately after graduation. (E. G. Karen - horipro, nomura Nao - FLAVE).
I predict she'll announce an agency after straight after her grad.

But yeah she's really talented and I hope whoever picks her up gives her more work than she got in akb

 

Well, I've always used Tano's social media as my source. Considering Tano isn't one of the popular members and barely ever got Senbatsu (only two, if you don't count the Janken Single since that was based on luck), there was never much news coming from AKB regarding her work.

akb.co.jp can be a great source for some girls but the website only mentions AKB related appearances, and like I said, Tano rarely ever got to do one of these. If I recall 2017, she appeared once on "Anta Dare!?", once on an AKB SHOWROOM stream and once on MSte for the performance of Yosougai no Story. The rest was all work outside of AKB (her stage plays, TV appearances in correlation with these stage plays, press events for her movie and the stage plays) and it wasn't listed on the akb.co.jp website, but she posted about it on Social Media.

I consider it unlikely that Tano will get her own official fanclub since I assume she's rather unknown, at least in comparison to ex-AKB that do have their official fanclub (Yuko, Takamina, Mayuyu), so her social media will just have to do and it's been sufficient so far.

The only thing I'll be sad to miss is posting screenshots from theater performances and her monthly net shop photos

 

the problem not from Tano, but from her fans itself...
Tano can do whatever she want after graduated, but her fans? if they not ready, slowly their love and caring about Tano will be vanished..i saw many AKB graduated member who already lost almost their fans (at least in this forum) they seem not interested anymore to follow them outside AKB..maybe only few member who still have solid fans to support their career in here
that's why i asked, are you really ready to see Tano without AKB name? because it'll feel different

 

Ah yes, I see where you're coming from. Akimoto Sayaka was my original oshi, and I still follow her and see what she does but I don't update her thread 'cause when I joined stage48, she had already graduated and the thread is always empty so I don't feel like a lot of people care about her updates. But I will continue doing it for Tano cause it's become my weekly routine.

Brief impressions of the SSA concert

I cried! lol
I'm usually not one to cry
There was a really high tension during the opening of the daytime performance and I had tears in my eyes!

The scenery and space that were visible to me in that moment seemed almost like a dream, and it made me cry! Incredible! That's what I said! lol

After the 360° green scenery, that's when I cracked

And yesterday was the GEMCLUB theater!
Since Kazuki and Mitsuaki-san from the Snoopy stage were there, I was really happy I had decided to go watch it!

To be honest I didn't expect myself to laugh as much as I did lol

Both of their singing and dancing was really amazing!

I almost laughed at the way Mitsuaki played the guitar ^^

The song is the best in the world, and I really love Mitsuaki's voice and he has a beautiful treble. Even though I wasn't part of the cast, I want to go and see it live again! The choreographies were really cool!

Kazuki was cuter than a girl lol
His dance was beautiful anyway! It was so good that it even made me tap along and I felt very lively!!
There is one sad ballad that he sings pretty much towards the end but it made me feel somewhat happy.

To those who are interested, there is only little time left!!

AKB Related Updates

I'm not sure if this counts as updates, but the photos for this month's net shop photos went online, and Tano isn't available, which means (I assume) that the photoset for March was the last one that will ever be released of her (in relation to AKB48). I really, really hope that Tano gets to have a photobook someday because she's definitely very photogenic, and I would love to see a solo PB of her. I have the Renacchi SSK photobook, where she ranked really high, but still - it would be something different to have a solo PB of her.

I'm very interested in what it's going to be about. My spoken Japanese is very poor, so I'm not sure yet whether I'll watch it live or whether I'll just read recaps later, but I'll definitely try to stay on top of it. When people asked what it's going to be, she said "It's neither birthday nor graduation stage", so I'm hoping that Tano will still get a birthday stage before her graduation. I can imagine they might do it simultaneously, but I'd really love to see two individual stages... but time is short. I'll just have to be patient and see.

Before I start, I will slightly change how I do my updates. Instead of putting the source right by the referred post, I'll put a spoiler at the bottom of the post. I realised it looks really ugly and clustered on tapatalk and although Spoilers don't show up on tapatalk as such either, I thought it's better to have them all at the bottom instead of this mess of images you get from my current update style. (Videos are the exception)

Yesterday we went to meet Atsuki's favourite friend, who everybody knows.
I drank alcohol with my father for the first time.

He used to tell me, as soon as I'm old enough he wants to take me to this place he knows
So he promptly invited me

Then, at the place, my father was deeply emotional, similar to how my mother had been the first time we hung out in a while ago
People here seemed to have hugged me when I was still a baby

I played some music from the records hanging on the wall and the atmosphere made me feel like I had gone back in time

My father listened to my favourite song for the first time and I heard stories from when I was too young to remember

Well then, "I will take my children here some day!" He got angry when I said that lol
It's just jealousy lol

When I got a bit drunk, I noticed how often I needed to get up but I felt too weak.

It became an unforgettable day!

I tend not to include simple text tweets, but this exchange between Miyazawa Sae and Tano-chan warmed my heart so I just HAVE to include it!!

Today is the anniversary of my theatre debut.
I always doubted I would have fans, and seven years ago I never thought I would be walking this life now. I remember the scenery I saw, standing alone in front of the fans for the first time. Just remembering it now makes me nervous lol

Her baby photos are the CUTEST thing I've seen in a while !!! She is so adorable.
Her conversation with Sae is sweet too. I bet it means a lot for Tano.

 

What do you think would be the chances of them bringing Hirari back for a song or two for Tano's graduation stage? I know the two are fairly close.

 

If Hirari is in Japan, hopefully she'll be in it(is she in Japan currently, every once in a while I see them together on their stories)

 

Tano just announced on twitter that her graduation performance will be May 15th! Hirari commented some happy emojis, I’m hoping she would be able to appear so they could do a song together again!

Tano has said she wants to graduate before the new teams come into effect, and the new team stages start in June already. I'm just a bit sad that it seems we're not getting a birthday stage for her anymore. She also sent a mobame regarding her graduation stage, which I haven't gotten around to read yet but it's longer than her tweet.

 

This is sad, only couple of days until Tano leave akb...too fast
