am I crazy to be shocked at Saho selling out her slots? Or is it only because people are buying her slots for the CD's?

There's a no-ticket CDs too that come with two namashashin instead of one so I don't see why would they buy the one with handshake ticket.

Anyway, don't forget that these don't actually vote. A number of them would probably go to vote sellers. With average price of 600-800JPY per code it become one of the cheapest way to gather huge amount of HS ticket.

Rise, the new face of AKB!
Seriously though, things are going great for Moeka. Hope she manages to turn the people who got her tickets because they were curious to her fans!

I can’t wait for the MV. I hope it will be a sexy mv instead of “kamonegix” or “must be now” type mv

OK, thanks for the info everyone... guess I'm not paying enough attention to Saho's numbers, but it was my incorrect impression that she didn't sell much.

Pre-SSK single always has these numbers, iirc.

Fans might apply for girls who they know won’t be in high demand because they know they have a good chance of getting tickets.

In Moeka’s case, she was quite popular during the 16th gen audition, so I guess people are curious to see if she’s actually the real deal.

    From the SSK thread....

Basically, if you are buying bulk for votes, you get the theater edition with the HS tix. Cheaper, and you get more per application round.

We shouldn't get too hyped yet. We should wait for resale. That's when slots go from sold out to none LOL

That is empty-order, when fans/anti-fans created orders and cancelled them later to create a false sense of member HS sale (or to block others to buy her HS). It happens with all singles.

Besides, in voting singles, we also have fake sales. Fans do not cancel their orders but throw the HS tickets away. These fake sales cannot be recognized in resale.

I could say HS records in the next 2 singles are more reliable to make any conclusion.

I don't think there would be many fans who would actually buy the single and then throw the voting ticket away. Unless you meant buy the single and then sell the voting ticket to someone else. I'm also not sure why they would be fake sales. If you don't pay for it, the order gets cancelled.

The CDs come with both voting codes and HS tickets. They need the codes, thus they cannot cancel the orders. They do not need/use the HS tickets though. They can try to re-sell the HS tickets. However, since these tickets are for unpopular members, only a small amount can be sold. Most to all these HS tickets are thrown away.

Remember the piles of CD boxes from voting campaigns? If these CDs came with HS tickets, there were thousands tickets inside.
