Single SKE48 23rd [Ikinari Punch Line] (2018/07/04)

10th anniversary single I suppose.

 

After seeing last single’s MV I thought that was it for 10th anniversary, I was kinda bummed J wasn’ Center.
So this makes me really, really happy for her. Back at her rightful place

 

Hopefully it's another great SKE-summer song. Definitely not surprised Jurina is the center (P48+SSK+10th anni). I hope the B-sides will be good.

 

My thoughts:
Jurina is the center
Suenaga Oka in senbatsu
Only 2 Team S members in senbatsu
Sadly Rara is not in senbatsu (I know she is currently in hiatus, but still sad about it)

 

If Jurina will still be busy in P48, I won't be surprised if Yunana sub J's centership

Gurl, don't get my hopes up for another Utsukushii Inazuma.

 

Speaking of summer single I want something like Aishiteraburu or Pareo wa Emerald, super fun and energetic SKE-esque songs. Something along the line of Oki Doki or Utsukushi Inazuma is fine too. No offense to Yunana but the two songs she centered were kinda underwhelming. Even though I really love Igai ni Mango it is just not up to the level of past summer songs.

I would love something like Maenomeri.

That song was the perfect mix of upbeat, nostalgic and hopeful that I think would work wonders to celebrate 10 years.
... unless they are saving that for later in the year, in which case I would love Okidoki 2.0.

 

Something like Utsukushii Inazuma please

 

I prefer to have a dance heavy song like Kataomoi Finally but summer version or something happy like Coquettish or ChocoDorei. However, more than everything, it's time for SKE to have a public hit song~

I'm probably in the minority but I'd like something like Kin no ai, gin no ai or bukiyou taiyou

 

I want something like Kamigami no Ryouiki.

 

Kin no ai was not totally meh for the song itself imo.

I really like both of those songs. Probably my least favorite SKE single of all time is Muishiki no Iro, so I'm just hoping for a good improvement from that.

Also, congratulations to Oka! She's one of my favorites. Kaho is also a great choice, though earlier than expected.

 

My least favorite is Oki Doki (yeah, unpopular opinion, I know), so I hope it's not like that. Hoping for something fresh and summer-y, like Coquettish Juutai Chuu, Bukiyou Taiyou, Maenomeri or Igai ni Mango

 

Those songs are my absolute favourite too! Anyway, I don't like the last 2 SKE singles too much so I'm hoping for anything better here

 

Since it's J center, I'm hoping for another cheerful song with heavy dance. Another Coquettish or Pareo or OkiDoki or Sansei will also be great.
