Happy birthday Karinchan, I hope she will be in a senbatsu soon.

 

I hope not, because she stated in a couple of interviews she likes being in Under much more. She is happy there, and doing a great job as well.

 

If anything is lacking from Karin, that is her competitiveness... which is quite a contradiction with her love on Shougi.
Then again, we cannot have all-stars in such a big group, and Karin definitely had her share of love from the fans too.

Taking from the recent Girl's Power event, only Karin and Nakada got a flower placard dedicated for them.

That's why I think it's a good thing. It also shows that being in Under is not as bad as it sometimes may seem. Karin said that the atmosphere of the Under lives is very different from the all member lives, which is one of the reasons she likes it so much. And there are a lot of fans that focus on Under, rather than Senbatsu. If members like Karin are satisfied with their status as Under, there is more chance for those that aim for Senbatsu.
