I wouldn’t trust it. Just buy from a stage member or buyee instead.

I don’t know about that user but I have purchased votes from eBay twice before from a different seller and it went just fine... this year and the year before I bought from one of the forum admins and it worked great as well!

Are they gonna air both the concert and the event? Last year the event broadcast was horribly butchered by the station, any news yet if it'll be better this year? And I assume there's still no official live stream available outside of Japan?

There will be official stream of SSK (not concert) on Youtube available worldwide except in Japan, Thailand and China (which have separate sites for streaming). I believe for the concert you'll have to look for unofficial streams again.
