Well, Barça will have Dembelé, Umtiti, Digne (perhaps), Lenglet (or so it seems)...and Abidal. If that had been the main reason I guess he would have come here instead...
Ohhhhhh my oh my oh my what a "real" first day of the tournament. (not really, but I hate how the actual first day only has one game, its so annoying) last minute goal in a boring game (Uruguay v. Salah) last minute own goal in a technically deficient but really fun game (thanks Iran for at least not making AFC the laughing stocks like Saudis did) And absolutely what might be the best game of the entire tournament... Ronaldo with a hat trick? He-can't-score-freekick-anymore, He-never-shows-up-in-big-games, """""""Penaldo"""""" with a hat trick??? What a way to start the tournament! This is truly the best time of year
That Spain-Portugal matchup (a case of "border war" since they're neighboring countries) was really crazy...Ronaldo with a hat trick is just impossible! (But Spain also scored thrice!) (And wasn't Lopetegui sacked before the World Cup started for being unethical while signing with Real Madrid?)
It looks like we already have Ballon d'Or winner Now Messi needs to score a poker in a world cup match.
Hey this Iceland goalkeeper makes zombie movies ok. No funny business that Source: https://www.reuters.com/article/us-...4ce&utm_medium=trueAnthem&utm_source=facebook
He has always been quite bad at kicking penalties. Here he missed one out of every four penalties...and many of the times he scored but the goalkeeper almost blocked the ball...
Crappy tactic by Sampaoli. Next matches he has to start Banega, Lo Celso, Pavon, & Mercado. Argentina lacking tall players to compete Icelandic tall players who played defensive. But that was Iceland goalie who was superb, he should join a bigger team after world cup. At least: China + India + USA = 3 billion people = all not in world cup Iceland = 300k people = in world cup
If you like both the World cup and Fortnite you'll love this... if the video does not show watch the video here
Blasphemy, Greizmann should've been doing the L dance And I feel sorry for Sweden, thinking they need so much of an advantage that they would spy on the team of my mother country https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/jun/17/sweden-janne-andersson-sprying-row-south-korea Oh my favorite quote from the article South Korea, who play Sweden on Monday, said they had responded by swapping players’ numbers to confuse the Swedish snooper because, in the words of their manager, Shin Tae-yong, “it’s very difficult for westerners to distinguish between Asians”
HOW IN THE WORLD MEXICO UPSETTED GERMANY!?!?!? This World Cup has been crazy...a hotly-contested Spain-Portugal match that ends up in a draw, then a heroic save by Iceland to salvage a draw against Argentina, and Mexico took down Germany??? Now who's next? Brazil???
Some days ago a friend asked me what my favorite candidates were and I said Spain (the experience...and Ramos' elbows), France (perhaps the most well-balanced team), Brazil (the magic)...and perhaps Germany or Argentina...but I'm not too confident about those two. Argentina has got a great attacking line, but the rest of the team...and Germany seems to have lost its freshness...
1-1 draw for Brazil with Switzerland. Hmm... I have no confidence Japan is going to win against Colombia! (Aren't they the country that had that metal music going on TV whenever they score a goal?)
Argentina, Germany, Brazil were MEH at the first match. Even if there're no technologies called VAR & goal line, France would lost yesterday. VAR killed South Korea too.
What's interesting when England is playing in a tournament is that premier league fans that aren't even English are arguing each other which player takes the blame if England plays bad.
