An article featuring Nanase and Watanabe Risa (Keyakizaka46) was published today on non-no.
The two were remembering and talking about when they first met.

Nanase When I first met Risa-chan, it was in the lesson room, wasn’t it?
Risa Yes, it was in the club room where Keyakizaka46 was, and all Nogizaka46 members came to greet us.
Nanase But because that was very short and there were many people, I couldn’t properly match your names and faces...
Risa That’s true (laughs). As for me, it felt like “the persons I always see on TV are right in front of me!”, and it felt like a miracle.
Nanase I started to properly recognized you, because shortly after that, we had to perform together on music television shows.
Risa It was before the release of Keyakizaka46’s debut CD, when we had the pleasure to perform on “2015 FNS Music Festival THE LIVE”, I believe. That day, Nogizaka46 and Keyakizaka46 were sharing the same dressing room, and in the beginning, I was looking at Nishino-san from a distance.
Nanase Eh, you were looking at me!? I didn’t know (laughs).
Risa But, along the way I made a decision and told my manager “I want to have a picture taken together with Nishino-san!”
Nanase When I was backstage, my manager told me there was a request and that “Risa-chan wants to have a picture taken together with you” (laughs). I was happy to be called out like that among the many members, and I remembered “this girl is Risa-chan!”.
Risa They shot 2 photos, and occasionally I look back at them thinking “how nostalgic~”. ♡
Nanase After that, Risa-chan became a non-no model as well. I still cannot forget that during the photo shoot of our first Sakamichi sisters mixing and matching project, I received hand cream and chocolate as a present from Risa-chan!
Risa Because we were working together from that moment, I handed it over as saying
Nanase I never thought of giving someone a present with that reason! It was very polite and I was surprised.
Risa But at first, I didn’t know what I should choose. I heard from a staff member that she likes chocolate, but if I gave only that, I thought it would be gone once she ate it. The result of that worry was that I made a set including hand cream which is practical.
Nanase The hand cream you gave is now my favorite. ♡
Risa Really!? I’m happy. ♡
