Yuzuka didn't perform. And Chiu Pin-han is center. She's been the center from the beginning. It's really strange that you didn't recognise her.

 

I also notice that Alpha was not present in the Touch the Japan event earlier.

 

Yes, she was not there but she's still kks of Team TP.

is it true that the Team TP ver of Heavy Rotation is the same one performed on Produce 101 China ?

 

Did they say why Yuzu didn't perform? Obviously she was able to make it to the event, at least for photos, so was she not able to learn the dances in time, or maybe a minor injury/illness?

7 youngest members (2005 and 2006) couldn't perform because of age condition.

@sscrla AKB48 Team TP is a 7th oversea sister group of AKB48 and it's not related to AKB48 China. AKB48 China weibo has never advertised Team TP. Beside, two group are managed by two different company.

"One China Policy" means that even more democratic states such as Macau and Hong Kong, as well as independent nations like Tibet don't just "belong" to China but they are part of China. They even demand worldwide airlines to list Taiwan under China on their webpages, or else they will have a commercial issue with the country and may not be allowed to fly into their airports.

That's the least political explanation.
