Glad for the girls promotion. Now to look forward on their appearance at Musubi soon.

Personally feels random with 9th gen. A necessary evil to fill up their KKS roster, but other than that, eh...

 

Finally a lower max age limit. Back in 7th and 8th gen, the max age is, what, 25?

 

And there will be some special performance at the theater for their 10th anniversary

So now Rikorin is the only 8th Gen member that hasn't be promoted yet

 

The official site (http://www.ske48.co.jp/news/?id=1537098997) gives "wanting to focus on her studies" as Rikorin's reason to pass up the promotion.

 

She's at her final year of high school now, so I see her point.

 

8th gen got the mature Yahagi though. Heck, even Kaho and Miku already past 20 a year ago. And they are among 8th popular list.

 

Okay am i the only one who thinks SKE’s promoting girls too fast? (yet took them forever to get to Wada Aina and guess what she ain’t taking this bullcrapery no more)

Their teams are overstacked anyways (especially KII)

 

This. I think getting a mix of ages is good because the older members are generally way better at talking/MCs and are quicker to adapt. Sally was what...21 when she started? Plus with the ridiculous new rules, these older girls are ready to do gravure straight away.

 

As far as I paying attention to them filling up team stage, (most of) 8th gen and D3 have to be credited for their overall growth, regardless of each starting point. No major stage incident, gradual improvement. (No offense to Wada, she did her best.)

I don't know if you're the only one, but try watch them. It's not a speculation.

They already used 8D3 as stage under before this. Even in overstacked KII anyway.

Although with their recent luck in adult member area, it's understandable if they feel no need to add more adult (for this audition).

 

So it seems SKE got themselves a new CM...

SKE48 has been appointed as ambassador for Aichi 2018 tourism campaign.




Together with the appointment, SKE48 members(Souda, Dasu, Kaotan, and Nao) will film themselves traveling to various Aichi prefecture tourist destination and showcase its charm to the viewer (With Yunana acting as the narrator).

SKE48 will release DVD/Blu-Ray of their tandoku concert (Both 31 March and 28 April) on 3 October '18. Details on the official sites.

 

Time to start looking for my penlights, I had a pretty good position and I didn't see any other fans with Aiai's and Wanchan's penlights xD

I'm in Nagoya right now and can likely go to the concert. I checked out how to buy tickets online but it turned out a japanese mobile number is needed. There's also the option of buying on the venue itself on the concert date but it can be sold out already by then (do SKE concerts usually get sold out?). I also wonder if buying tickets early allows you to choose where to stand (like nearer to the stage) during the concert or is it first come first served?
