-You have been on the stage of musicals since you were little, but did you have a dream of becoming an actress since you were conscientious?

Kayano : I was standing in front of the camera for children's programs from around 3 years old, but I was mom. It seems that my mother entrusted me with what I wanted to do in the entertainment world, and I was able to work on entertainment from an early stage. It seemed like "I should quit if I don't like it", but I was really into it (laughs).

―Kayano himself thought it was fun.

Kayano: Yes. I think I was happy to be praised at first. I also enjoyed playing it immediately. I stood on the musical stage when I was seven years old, but I had suffered the schedule of the stage performance and the school performance. I wanted to take the lead role in the school, so I participated in the audition of the school without being able to come out. I think I liked to play that much. As a result, I was able to get a leading role, but I couldn't get out.

Kayano: That's right (laughs). So, when I looked at the audition magazine, my mom showed me “This is it!” Was the AKB48 member recruitment advertisement. It was written as “produced by Yasushi Akimoto”, but I didn't know what Akimoto was, and when I looked at the application guidelines, my age was “13 years old or older”. Probably, I think it was for junior high school first graders or older, but I was 11 years old because I was still a small 6 and born early. But my mother said, “Akimoto-san is a great person!” (Laughs).

-You were out of the application guidelines, but you passed.

Kayano: Yes. I am grateful to Mr. Akimoto and the staff who passed me."
