[General] The AKB48 Team SH Thread

As per usual, there is no evidence on the censorship, just like how Hallyu ban has been.

What evident are
- The episode 1 of Qing Chun You Ni was delayed for days and the "Idol Producer" signboard in front of training quarter was blurred out. IQIYI suddenly announced the name of the show would be changed to "Qing Chun You Ni" like 10 days before the premiere. This means the name of the show has been changed after the recording of the the first 2 episodes.
- There was a news report on tightened regulation on shows on online platforms, online shows too must be reviewed by broadcasting committee before publishing.
- Tencent, producing Produce 101 China, has announce the coming of Produce Camp and implied it is Produce 101 Season 2.

There is a possibility that the table has turned and it's now Tencent who violates intellectual right. IQIYI has bought the license for the season 2. Mnet even tweeted a supporting message to Qing Chun You Ni while it has been silent over Produce Camp.

They might have prevented censorship since back then. The tension between China and Japan was stronger and is now lessened as the tension between China and South Korea intensified.

 

Can we focus on Team SH? Someone keeps posting a wall of texts here.

Team SH will hold a fanmeeting and handshake event on March 23 with all 21 members.

 

Is Team SH going after the Thai market as well? The girls look gorgeous! Tropical Southeast Asian princesses~

Last week BNK's management held a meeting with fans revealing what their plans were for 2019. During that meeting they said that they plan on collaborating with overseas sister groups more, and Team SH was rumored to be the first ones. It's possible that these are related to whatever they have planned.

poor keyan is very regretful she is one of the best dancer of TSH

for the rest of girls we all know that they are the worst dancers in the group

Excited to see their dancing skills. From the leak, it sounds pretty good so far.

I'm actually quite shocked that they were given "No Way Man" so quickly! I was hoping for older classics, but, hey: if this shows off their dancing skills, I really hope more dance-heavy songs get chosen! Can I PLEASE get a new UZA!?

 

Oh they're going hardcore choreo already- i hoped they nailed it. Im looking forward to the MV that will show their dancing skills.

 

TSH is going to send 2 girls to study in Japan soon. If you don't remember Idol+Project, it's suppose to be TSH clothing line. It was announced several months ago that 2 TSH members would be sent to study fashion design in Japan under Junko Koshino.

Fun Fact: Junko Koshino is(was?) an honorary BiS member.

 

Ok. I thought that was the whole sister group collab work I was reading about somewhere...but, this is just as interesting!

Yuan RuiXi, and Wei Xin are the girls! They'll be in Japan for 3 months, and will have a video series on it starting March 9th. If anyone knows what the Mandarin says mind translating?
