Actually the management is always aware of the problems that members may have. Also, Neru-chan managers are always with her.

About her third row position. Is not related to any "condition", is more related to choreography than other things. Something we can see is that in Kuroi Hitsuji choreography, the third row members are very active (like in past singles), because is not a full dance, is like a stage play. Is hard to check the position but don't worry for that.

The last we know about Neru-chan is she sending a message to the fans were "She thanks the people who are subscribed to the app and thank the fans letters she receives". So that is a positive message, an indicator that she is good. The problem, that was the last friday.

But if we analyse her last activities and jobs. Neru-chan was really busy and with that, her SMS activity (including blog) was reduced. Probably she's doing some jobs or taking a (deserved) rest.

As I said in the past, we just need to wait for her or any management official announcement. The rest are just rumours.

 

but as we can not blame ourselves because the worry its real thats no news about Neru...from official or her, only write thanks...

And tbh, it's hard to spot who is who in Keya's performances, especially Fukyouwaon and Glass wo ware
I have to watch a few Fukyouwaon performances to remember Neru's position. As for Glass, I check the Monkey Arm to know who's Neru lol

Neru has been missing 3 KuroiHitsujis so I'm dying to know how the perf will be with her in it
I wanna see her in that green outfit!

Since I watch her activities for the past few weeks, I can see the exhaustion from her eyes since the end of last year, poor girl, just wanna hug her
I do hope she take a rest for the better (but I doubt she'd)

 

As you can tell I'm not a Neru oshi, but she is my original Kanji/Hiragana oshi from back when she had her kennin lol. But yeah you have a point. For GaraWare I always find where the captains are and she's normally sandwiched between them lol.

For Fukyouwaon, it's kinda weird, especially since she flanks Hirate on the left side, as opposed to Sugai who's on the right, sometimes I can see Akanen, who's in the center of second row more than I can see Neru (which idk whether that's a bad thing for me considering Akanen's my oshi).
