AKB48 Mail (mobame) iOS and Android App

Hello. Im from malaysia and im a new fan of akb48, Needed your help for akb48 mail? Im using iphone and how should i install the apps?

Not sure what is going on.. yesterday just fine..
I have try reinstal the app back.. but same problem still exist..

If you guys had any solution, I will be so thankful.. Onegai..

 

Maybe Yui made a mistake and accidentally used a black background? Is it just the one mail or all of them?

 

All of them.. even from previous mail.. (last year star mark mail also affected..)

 

Just checked my mobame, I have the same issue. I'm subscribed to Komiharu.

I guess all we can do is wait and hope for it to be resolved soon :/

I have Android as well, I'm using 8.0.0. I have a Huawei phone

I guess we can just wait for it to be resolve.. & at least we can still read it using that ninja style "Ninjutsu: Select All"

Yup.. It is fix by uninstalling google chrome..

 

I don't have Google Chrome enabled on my phone, I use the Samsung internet browser and Ecosia. Ecosia uses a Google Chrome-like layout but uninstalling it didn't fix the background. I even deleted all remnants of it from my folders etc. Since I don't have Google Chrome, I'm not sure what else I'm meant to do...

EDIT: Tried around a bit... How tedious. I had to enable Google Chrome, update it to its latest version and then uninstall and disable it again. I'm really bummed that I can't use Ecosia right now (since I assume its Chrome-like browser caused the issues in the first place) 'cause it's the only economically friendly browser I know of :/ But at least Mobame works again

Hey guys, I have a wierd problem with downloading this app on iphone. Of course it is not available at my country so I changed region to Japan and then it says “app is not available in Japan, change to Poland (my country)”
So I changed back but then it says “app not available in your country”
I am really confused, anybody knows what’s going on?...

 

Simply changing the country doesn't work. Apple won't let you download an app just because you momentarily change the country. What they're saying is that they can't let you download an app when you change the country to Japan when they know you're actually in Poland and your Apple account is Polish. You'd either have to provide a Japanese payment method so you can change to Japan (but I'm not sure you'll be able to change back to Poland then) or try and see if you can create an entirely new account.

 

It's my first time using this app, on the app currency is in IDR, but when i enter the google payment it change to USD, is there a way to solve this ?

I'm gonna buy Playstore gift card worth for 2000 yen. I'm currently too lazy to Google so please tell me how to switch Google account to Japanese so thr gift card can be used.
