    His backup channel is down, and channel four deleted all of it's videos. No one really knows what's happening, but it's safe to say they're having issues at the moment. Expect there to be delays in subs.

    You're right with that. I don't have a proper subs editor and usually edit subs online but my internet is acting up again(even this message is taking a while to send). So right now I just use the vlc synchro tools to time the subs while watching.

    Yeah, GEES is cutting the videos he's using for the subs, so you have to retime them for the RAWs.

    Easy way to do this is with Aegisub (that's how I do it for the AKBingo episodes).

    You could try "aegisub" it´s free, imo easy to use and there is also a portable version available so no installation needed
