    Story about cracking a rib by coughing too hard.

    "AKB48 Team B research student Hitomi Otake (20) announced on the AKB48 official blog on the 6th that her ribs were broken due to the cough caused by a cold and her activities were restricted.

    　In the entry “Notice about Hitomi Otake”, she announced that she had a pain in the vicinity of her flanks due to the cough caused by a cold and was diagnosed with a 10th rib fracture on the right when she was examined at the hospital. "

    Broken ribs? From coughing? :blink:
    I had to look up the healing times, and it looks like it usually takes about 6 weeks. Hope she rests and doesn't try dancing too soon, and I hope she's bounced back by the singing competition, but maybe it starts earlier with the auditions? Anyway, I hope she recovers soon!

    For some reason I never considered she might change her hair colour, but she looks good in it! Her bangs are in that kind of awkward growing out stage, but she's managed to incorporate them into her hairstyle in a nice way anyway.

    that really looks nice (although I would've liked it more if the colour was actually as light as the filters make it seem, ha). Also she looks so confident and glowing on these photos and overshadows the other girls, I guess it's the eyes...
