Kawakami Rena (Renapyon) / 1st Generation

I really hope she makes senbatsu soon, I was even thinking of trying to put a project together to gain votes for her next year ( as i was the only person in the exit poll that voted for her ;-; ). It's been an awful long time coming!
Stay strong udon here's hoping for next year. ;-;

 

i was watching her live stream right after the ssk ended and she looked devestated. she must've thought she had a good chance of ranking. the entire time tears were streaming down her face. she wants to rank so bad

 

The "datte Rena dake da mon" at the end breaks my heart

 

Yes. Let's do it. My oshimen did not participate this year and may not next year. I had do direction for my votes. I love udon and want her to rank. Though she is often teased I can see from her style and manner that she is a true idol.

"NMB48 Team M Captain, I'm Rena Kawakami, also known as Rena-pyon. This is my 8th Senbatsu General Election, but I have never been ranked in before. Last year, I was placed 65th at the Preliminaries, and I was very happy when my name was announced, and felt very fortunate. Just thinking about how my fans supported me, using their time, to vote for me, allows me to feel very blessed and happy. When I am feeling worried, or sad, no matter what, my fans always stood by my side. So this time, I would like to repay to my fans, and I definitely want to rank in this year! Ganbar-udon!"

 

Finally, she is selected as senbatsu for the upcoming single!

apparently she announced her grad. That's a shame. Albeit not surprising, but another 1st gen leaving us.

 

She'll be participating in the 9th Anniversary Live Concer and her graduation stage will be held after that. She also mentioned that she'll have her last activity at the handshake event.

Renapyon celebrated her seitansai during Team M's stage. Her last seitansai before she graduates at the end of the month. Her 24th year.



Her birthday cake, which I find very unique, which includes a carriage of some sort.
