I remember Nanase transferred to this school as well
And Momoko , Zukki and Miria were classmates on this school

Shiori and Oguri Yui were Classmates as well so thus Sakura as revealed on her blog.

In 2017 and 2018; Half of 3rd gen are in the same school haha

 

i.e. Tamami, Kakki, Sakura and Yan-chan are in the same class

I am similarly interested in the differences as well since uniform pride and discipline is such a big thing in Japan
Kubo, Sakura and Kakki's don't match what is on their website hahaha

The one thing I picked up is that they have a 通信制 stream (think of it as "by correspondence" or "home-school")
- which means they don't have to attend the whole week's class and probably do 2-3 days instead

Probably the mode which caters to our working Nogis
So I wonder if some of the girls stuck with their old uniforms since they probably don't have to physically go to class that much?

They can customise their own uniform, that's why their skirt, cardigan, tie and ribbon patterns are different. I don't think it's their old school uniform since you can still match their uniform with the patterns showed in the link that the @theobserver gave.

But the thing that we're Waiting For is Seventeen Mag Cover For Shiori.
It's been 3yrs and yet she haven't had a cover for this mag.

 

i guess she isnt popular enough among girls to be put on the magazine..just a regular model. maybe unless she is centre for nogi single, she may get the offer to be the cover girl.

 

I understand the feeling. I guess we still need to be patient a bit more. Seventeen still hasn't put her in their push radar yet.

We don't know the reason why she isn't pushed by Seventeen yet. It could be because she exhibits an image currently not fitting for the magz, or they are prioritizing other models first, or anything else. Seventeen is a big magazine, not just in sale but in number of models. It's as if it's another idol group Kubochan joined in, with competition to be pushed. We also don't know the method how they gauge their models popularity level. The only number we can easily see is number of likes and retweets when Seventeen tweets something about their models. As for Kubochan's her number is not bad compared to others, sometimes even on top along with Nao (perks of being idols). It doesn't amount anything of course, just a surface level observation. Now, with Nogi seems to be in the midst of pushing Kubochan with a lot of media exposure right after she graduated from high school, we can only hope Seventeen will follow suit.


On a different note, blt graph vol.53 with Kubochan cover is ranked 5th in weekly Oricon photobook chart (March 16th - March 22nd)

It's kind of impressive, since the other contenders are actual individual photobooks like Yodachan's, Maiyan's reprint, and Mizuki's. I guess it's also thanks to being viral some time ago.
