    Imho it's kinda obvious that there isn't that much regular work at the moment, so this is a cheap and 'easy' way to keep in touch with the fans.
    I truly wonder how many will keep their channel alive when the pandemic subsides and regular entertainment work resumes.
    (and yeah I'm probably cynical :) )

    Yeah, it seems very easy to me but technologically, I'm a complete idiot. Maybe it is tougher than the girls make it appear.

    From what you can see most of them have help from their agencies in the form of cameramen and most likely also editors.
    Maybe they will in the future be completely independent but for now they have people helping them.
    I am a big fan of Miichan, but when she said she edited a video completely on her own, I'm not sure if that's one hundred percent accurate.
    (otoh ... she's not stupid and iMovie is pretty user friendly editing program (and she bought a Mac, so there' no real reason to move anything else imho) ... so I might be very wrong)

    Yeah, I'm just sooooo frustrated by the lack of subtitles. Some videos really don't require subs (when Yukirin is chasing ''flying poo'', it's not necessary that I know what she's saying.) And I don't require subs so watch Mariko interact with her baby girl or watch Haruna model items from her clothing line or watch Naanya dance to Handclap. But some 'talking' videos, sans subtitles, are simply not watchable if you don't even understand the topic.:confused: Sometimes I feel like I must be the only non-speaker of Japanese on this entire website,

    I don't know how to speak or write Japanese and all I do is try to translate the titles of the videos using the google translator and investigate what the title is about as the video to adapt it to the language.

    I generally use the translator and Linguee when there are words that seem like gibberish.

    Sometimes I know what the videos talk about because of the twitter that they write of his followers.

    So you are not the only one who does not know Japanese and I am frustrated not knowing what they say.

    By putting the title we already have a reference of what the video is about.

    I would love to see Tomochin take a couple of her friends to that Japanese ''owl'' cafe (wherever that is). That would be real hoot. (See what I did there? ''Hoot"? Get it?) Sorry.
